A/N: I AM SO SORRY. I've been sooooo busy lately, and I feel so bad... its been over a week! So the first little snippet is just a little thing to help you understand what's going on. After all the *** things, is three days later.. okay? Okay... thanks! AND IM SOOOO SORRY THAT IT'S SHORT, BUT I'LL UPDATE AGAIN TOMORROW OR MONDAY.
The forest was dark, an eery silence overcoming it. I paced forward. Suddenly, a cracking sound echoed from behind me. I spun around, looking for the source. Out of the darkness comes a horse, but not any horse. This horse had a horn, like a unicorn. Something made me step forward, reaching my hand out towards it.
It nuzzled its head into my hand before a soft, calm voice whispered, "You are the chosen one." At that, I woke up.
I was back in my room, a sleeping Nick next to me. After his explanation, I had been released from the hospital and we came back to the school. He had decided to stay with me tonight just in case something went wrong.
Taking a deep breath, I nuzzled back into Nick's arms.

Three Days Later
"It's there every time I close my eyes. It's in my dreams each night. It almost seems as if it's trying to tell me something. The first night, there was something about me being the chosen one. What does that even mean? I'm special due because of the circumstances, but the chosen one? What does that mean? I'm not sure what to do."
The principal looked at me curiously. "Do you think it has anything to do with your father?"
With a sigh, I scrunched my brows. "I don't know. The voice is definitely male, but what does it mean? It's always about me being 'the one', but I don't even know what that means!"
"Do you believe in fate?" The man inquired. Did I believe in fate? "Destiny, a path made for you that you will follow. Your father made it fate that you and Nick would be together, so he or someone else could have planned these dreams for a certain time, like a mission, almost."
"What's my mission, then?" I asked him. I was confused.
He paused for a moment. "Go into the forest and find the unicorn."
