CHAPTER 55, BACK TO THE TOWER.

Bunny and star opened the door.
" woah, woah. Not yet! We still need to wait for them to come back" Leo said.
Star rolled her eyes.
" if Sophie teleported to coco, then she must know where she was without looking...so she'll just teleport to us! Plus, our time is being wasted as we speak. Didn't you say earlier that moonlight and the QUAK'BR wanted to wage war against us in the midseason? That's only 4 months from now!" Star pointed out.
Opal thought for a moment.
They all stared at each other.
" I mean she raises a fair point." Valentina argued.
Leo rolled his eyes.
" let's go then..opal you can speed along if you'd like to, maybe bring star and bunny with you..I'll fly as fast as I can and you, Lizz, Valentina, can wait for Opal to get you." Leo explained thoughtfully.
" woah, nice plan, Leo! Didn't know you had it in you" Opal praised.
He blushed abit before going outside.
" right. Let's get this journey started!" He said.
Lizz bounced out the house followed by the others.
Opal took the cartoon cat & dog up on her shoulders, quaking a bit but hopefully should be fine.
" okay, I'll go ahead. I'll pick you guys up later!" Opal said, and without another word darted down the dark forest.
Lizz looked confused.
" why are we being so loud? Isn't  moonlight in there?" She whispered.
Valentina replied: " no, not right now. Me and coco noticed she's been at her other home, at crackerjack forest. She goes there every once in a while for about a week or two. I believe it's because the QUAK'BR lives there"
" interesting!" Lizz said.
" see you guys later!" Leo waved and dashed along into the sky.
" now we wait!" Lizz said.
" yep..hopefully cocos alright.."
they stared at the scenery around them.
The silence was certainly silent.
" wanna hear a joke?" Lizz asked.

Sophie looked up at the steep mountain.
" come on, hold my hand. This time it will work!"She said.
Coco nodded.
They held hands and Sophie squinted her eyes shut, and magically teleported them to....the ancient ruins?!
" I- uh..my bad. I wasn't thinking straight when we teleported again" Sophie laughed nervously.
Coco looked concerned.
" is something the matter, soph?" She asked.
Sophie sweated, and she had been like this all morning.
" we have been trying 5000 times! I can't get it right, I just can't! Of course something is the matter!" She whined.
" Sophie, is there something you're thinking of?" She asked once more.
Sophie heaved a sigh.
" I...I..guess? I just want to see everyone again, apologise and just be friends first once. I wanna feel like how I did back in the sky realm...with sunlight and solaria by our side.." Sophie explained.
Coco put her hand on her shoulder.
" it's okay, we will get there! Just think- if you're going through hell don't stop. Why would you wanna stop through hell?" Coco said wisely.
Sophie laughed.
" you still have a thing for those quotes, don't you?"
She nodded.
" okay, I'm ready to do this now!" Sophie held her hand tightly and shut her eyes once more.
Sophie's eyes fluttered open.
The suns streaks sneaked its way through the trees, and just by seeing this she could tell where she was.
" the tower!" She squealed.
The warmth of the sun was comforting, and seeing the tower again, made her feel less worried.
The cold air blew softly.
" this is a lovely tower Sophie, is it yours?" Coco asked.
" nah, it wouldn't be all that great if it was. It's actually scarlets" she gazed at the scenery. Taking it all in, as one day this place may be destroyed in the battle.
" come on, we'd better wait for the others inside."
They opened the door, which was unlocked, and saw ginger hair poke from behind a wall.
" AH- WHOSE HERE?!" Coco screamed. Sophie protected coco and checked; to her surprise...it was...Izzy?!
" wait, Izzy?! You're here too? What a relief!" Sophie hugged her tightly.
Izzy laughed and hugged her too.
" long time no see, friend!"
Coco came from behind the corner.
" hey, iz!" She smiled and hugged her.
" are all elements coming back now?" Izzy questioned.
" well, we aren't to sure. We know Opal, Leo, Lizz, Valentina, bunny and star are hopefully on their way now." Sophie explained.
" not sure about the others though..hopefully scarlet is safe. Maybe I should teleport to her..." Sophie thought aloud.
Coco looked concerned.
" you really care for her, don't you? But your powers are weakened when you're stressed. I recommend you give it a day" coco pointed out.
" yeah...your right. I'm going to my room" Sophie said.
" wait you have a room?"
" yes...scarlet designed it for me.."
" cool!" Coco smiled.

Sophie got to her room. She heaved a sigh, jumping onto the bed.
" it's nice to be back but, I'm never really back without you." She whispered softly, gazing at the bright day outside from her bed.
"I'm not serenity, am I?"
