"WHAT THE FUCK WAS THAT, JINWOO?!"

Hyunjin's voice boomed, his sharp eyes filled with pure rage.

His heart was still racing from the shock of it all, the feel of Jinwoo's lips lingering like a stain he couldn't wipe away.

Jinwoo flinched, his expression desperate. "Hyunjin, I—"

Hyunjin slammed his hands against the table, ignoring the shooting pain in his leg. His breath was erratic, his anger burning hotter than his injury.

"You just fucking kissed me—WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU?!"

Jinwoo's eyes glossed over as he took a shaky step forward. "Because I—"

He swallowed.

His hands clenched into fists.

And then—

"Because I love you, Hyunjin!"

Silence.

Hyunjin's eyes widened, his anger momentarily faltering.

Jinwoo's breath was ragged, his voice trembling with raw emotion.

"I've loved you for so long," Jinwoo confessed, his voice thick with desperation. "And I— I couldn't hold it in anymore! I couldn't keep watching you be with someone who doesn't deserve you!"

Hyunjin's heart stopped.

His entire body froze.

He couldn't believe what he was hearing.

But the anger quickly returned.

He gritted his teeth. "So instead of actually saying it like a normal fucking person, you thought the best way was to just kiss me?!"

Jinwoo exhaled shakily. "I—I didn't mean to hurt you, Hyunjin, I just—"

But Hyunjin was done listening.

His mind flashed back to Felix.

To the look on his face when he walked in.

To the pain in his eyes.

His stomach twisted in guilt.

He didn't care about Jinwoo's feelings. He cared about Felix.

And Felix was hurting right now.

He turned sharply, wincing as pain shot through his leg. He didn't care. He had to go after Felix.

Jinwoo's eyes widened in panic as he quickly blocked his way. "Hyunjin, wait! Please, listen to me—"

Hyunjin clenched his jaw, his patience snapping like a brittle thread.

"Don't tell me what to do!"

Jinwoo flinched at the sheer rage in his voice.

But Hyunjin didn't care.

His only focus was on finding Felix.

So, Hyunjin ran.

And ran.

And ran.

His heart pounded in his chest, his breaths coming out in short, painful gasps.

But he didn't stop.

He couldn't stop.

Not when Felix was hurting.

Not when Felix was out there, alone, thinking Hyunjin betrayed him.
