After a powerful Sunday service, the Clark Sisters were ready for nothing more than food, laughter, and a peaceful afternoon. But peace was the last thing coming.
Out of nowhere, Drew Sheard-Detroit's most feared and powerful mafia boss-appeared, cu...
After Drew walked downstairs, Karen couldn't help but think, This nigga really is crazy. But she pushed the thought aside, got up, took care of her hygiene, put on some clothes, and headed downstairs. When she told Drew she was ready, he opened the door. Karen stopped to say her goodbyes to her family — "Love you all," she said softly — before leaving with Drew.
As they drove, Drew tried to talk to her, but Karen wasn't paying any attention. She sat silent, staring out the window, ignoring everything he said. Drew's patience snapped — he started getting mad. Karen caught his rising anger and decided to talk back a little just to keep him calm.
Finally, they arrived at Mama and Papa Sheard's house. They walked inside and greeted everyone warmly. Soon after, the men told the women to head upstairs — "We got some business to take care of," Drew said — so the ladies went to the movie room to chat and relax while the men prepared.

Ethan's POV
Once the women were upstairs, I pulled up my brother and dad aside. "We got a problem," I said. "Those Morrow brothers? They think they can just step into our territory? Hell no. They want war, they're gonna get it."
Drew shook his head. "Man, they ain't done nothing yet. We wait for them to make the first move."
I nodded. "You right, brother."
Papa Sheard leaned in, serious as hell. "First thing we gotta do is get our wives out of town. If anyone touches my wife or daughters-in-law, I'll kill 'em myself."
Drew said, "When we gonna deal with the Morrows?"
Papa replied, "In a few days. Make sure our men are ready for war."
We all nodded in agreement. "Alright," we said in unison.

Nobody's POV
The men went upstairs, telling their wives, "Stay here. Don't leave the house. We'll be back." The women agreed, but they weren't really listening — especially since the men left to set their trap. The brothers and their crew talked strategy for hours, explaining exactly what would happen when the Morrows made their move.
After everything was planned, they headed back to find the women gone. Calls went out — Mama Sheard answered.
"We're at the mall, shopping. Took two guards for protection. We're on our way."
Usually, the men would've lost their minds, but this time they were calm. The women had only been gone a few hours.
An hour later, the ladies returned, bags in hand, and Drew, Ethan, their wives, and Mama and Papa Sheard settled in for the night at the Sheard family home, ready for what was coming.
