Our graduation ceremony was long done. Although, us E-class students had to leave earlier than the others because of the reporters that gathered around us.

One last thing remained undone.

Telling Karma my feelings.

I sighed and looked at the E-class campus in front of me. I wanted to come here once again before going home.

"This place is too precious." I said that to myself.

"It is..." Someone said from behind me. "Hey..."

"Hi... Karma."

"Seems like I wasn't the only one who wanted to come here." He stepped closer.

"Yeah..." I tucked a hair strand behind my ear.

"Where are you going to go now?" He looked at the building.

Where am I going?... For high school, I want to stay here. But after that... I told Koro Sensei that day, I will be joining the Ministry of Education someday. To improve school environments across the nation. To identify schools like Kunugigaoka High with such weird concepts...

"Hmm... I'm staying at Kunugigaoka for high school. There's nowhere else I'd like to be than here." I put my hands behind my back.

"Seriously? You're staying here? I am too." There was a hint of excitement in his voice. He snickered, "Damn... I thought I'll only have Asano left as the rival. Glad to know you're going to be there too." His hand rubbed his nape.

I was feeling a sort of relief to know Karma wasn't going anywhere from here. I couldn't help but smile ear to ear, "I'm glad too..."

"You seem tooooo glad." He poked my cheek. The touch of his finger on my face sent warmth coursing inside me.

"And what about after that? You could get anywhere with that brain."

"I'm flattered even though I already knew it. Ha... I'm gonna be an evil bureaucrat. The government's going to be my wallet." There was his devilish grin again. "If you ever struggle with employment, I'll pull some strings for you."

"No thanks. I won't have any issue with getting what I want."

"And if I may know what that is?"

I looked at the sky above. "Ministry of Education... This school can't be the only one with such ridiculous systems. There must be some schools even worse... My dream is to change that."

His gaze lingered on my face for too long.

"Are you sure it's not because your pride got too hurt when you were sent to the E-class when the year started?" He grinned. "Heh..."

"Not- completely... maybe just ten per cent? But honestly, it was worth it to be sent here. I experienced a lot of things I never could have imagined. I met so many people here and the teachers, they too affected me."

He smiled to himself, "Me too... I'm glad you got sent to the E-class."

"Is that supposed to be an insult?"

"Not really. If you had not, who knows the seat next to me would have been vacant the whole time. The train I took every evening would just not be somewhere I travel with my friend. I might never have had this gibbon."

He showed the silly keychain attached to his keys.

"Isn't that the one I gave you on your birthday?" I looked at it for a moment longer.

"Yup. And now it's with my house's keys." He put it back in his pocket.

"Well, it makes me happy to know you liked it."
