"Madison!" I shouted, pushing past Taylor who wasn't far behind me. I dashed through the clearing onto the Pier, running as fast as I could. My worried eyes could make out the very edge of the pier, and I pushed harder, my legs feeling nothing but air as I sprinted down there.

The sound of my combat boots echoed off the pier as I continued to run, not paying attention to anything else but the water that crashed in front of me. Although even in the dark night I could still picture two silhouettes sitting at the very edge, and I growled, anger now taking over. The moonlight glistened off the water and onto the silhouettes, showing the two large scars on both of their backs.

"What'd you do to her!" I roared, not far from them. Both of them spun around quickly, revealing two shocked faces almost alike to their partners. They looked at eachother before taking off both directions. Anger raged inside of me as instinct took over, and I reached both arms out towards them, slamming them down to my sides in a swift motion. Soon after I watched in disbelief and surprise as they froze and slammed to the hard pier floor, unable to move.

"Andy!" I heard Taylor yell behind me. I reached the edge of the pier and stopped just at the water, something stopping me. "Andy they dumped Holy water in there! You won't be able to go in!"

"I have to!" I shouted anxiously.

"You'll burn!" Taylor replied, catching up.

"I don't care," I said angrily, and swiftly dove into the water, ignoring Taylor's screams behind me. As soon as my body hit the water, waves of pain and burning washed over me, but I dove further into the cold water in search of the one I love. My body began to jerk in pain and agony as it slid through the water smoothly, going deeper in seconds.

I looked around frantically, bubbles escaping my lips as I screamed her name. Nothing but my own screams echoed back, and I began to swim further. The water got darker the farther I went, but I could still clearly see the long seaweed that snaked its way around me. I pushed past it, continuing to search, before I found the brown hair that swayed in the water.

I quickly swam up to it, finding her body continuing to sink slowly to the bottom, little to no bubbles escapin her pale lips. I grabbed hold of her tightly and swam up but found myself stuck as my eyes trailed down to what looked like a chain wrapped around her ankle. The chain soon travelled down, revealing a large cinder block attached to the end. I shook my head frantically. If I couldn't get her out soon, I'd lose her forever.

I continued to tug on it, trying to pull her up but failed miserably. I shook her body, and watched as her eyes stayed shut, and I heard a faint heartbeat. I couldn't lose her. I couldn't! Anger was raging inside of me once more, slightly numbing the pain, and I felt as my eyes shifted slightly, my fangs already out. I swam down once again, grabbing the steel chain in my hands before snapping my jaw on it. The thick metal thinned out, and I bit down again angrily, hearing it snap inside of my mouth. I spit the pieces to the floor of the water watching them sink into the sand as I grabbed Madison, swimming up quickly. The surface slowly came into view as I held her tightly, my body numb from pain. I noticed a little blood trail along the sides around me, and looked down to find my arms starting to burn from the water. Shaking away the pain, I continued to swim up, finding Taylor leaning over the edge of the pier through the water. I continued to push harder but I felt as my body slowly began to stop as the pain took over. I tried shaking it off, but the pain was unbearable. I couldn't do this.

Come on Andy, I thought to myself, just a little farther. Do it for her, do it for Madison.

Come on Andy!

You're stronger than this!

Don't give up!

I gasped for air as I reached the surface, tossing Madison up onto the pier. I climbed up to the top as well, panting for breath as I slumped next to her, my body burning. Taylor cautiously knelt down by us, questioning me as to if I was alright. My only response to her muffled voice was a loud roar from my mouth in pain before slamming my body to the floor, my arm finding its way around Madison before I slipped into an unconscious state.
