"Now do you understand?" Madison asked slowly, rubbing Savanah's back in a soothing, calm, way. Savanah hadn't said a word in over an hour, and her eyes were still locked on me. I leaned back in the kitchen chair, folding my leg over my other, and sighed. "I don't know Madison, maybe I can just erase her-"
Savanah screamed, startling us both.
"What! No-what!-Stop!" Savanah shouted, shooting up from her chair and away from us both. "I don't want you touching me with your demonic hands. No!-Madison!-how!"
I clenched my jaw and opened my mouth to say something calmly but was cut off by Madison, "Savanah! Stop!"
"I'm sorry! But, fallen angels, Hell, Lucifer? Demons! I don't-" Savanah fumbled with her hair nervously, looking around. Her breathing was very uneven, and she began to pace the room. "I don't understand! How!"
"He was an angel," Madison started.
"Now he's fallen!" Savanah screeched.
"But! He's got some grace!" Madison pointed out, trying to calm her. "He's not a bad guy, Savanah. He may look bad or evil or whatever, but his heart isn't." Madison glanced at me. "Even before he got some of his grace back, I knew deep down he was still good."
I smiled. "Savanah, I have no intentions of harming you or anyone except for anyone who's working against me." Savanah looked up, confused. "Like who!" She squeaked nervously. I rolled my eyes and sighed, saying, "Basically everyone in Hell who wants me back. That's pretty much all of them but whatever."
"Wait, you can't go to Hell?" Savanah asked cautiously, shock in her eyes. I shook my head no, explaining, "No, because I have some of my grace. I'm a guardian fallen angel; not a full guardian angel, but not a full fallen angel either. I'm in between sides, which is illegal so to speak."
"So why can't you go back? I mean, weren't you the all powerful leader?" Savanah questioned, making me focus my eyes a bit. Madison really didn't get into the whole all powerful leader thing, just the fact that I was technically the ruler. Something was off, but I shook it off.
"Because, all creatures and beings in Hell have no grace." I said slowly, "It's not all just fallen angels. There are demons, fallen angels, shadow dwellers, and many more kinds of supernatural things that you couldn't even think of. Even if you aren't a fallen angel, you still share the same thing in common which is having no grace." I paused, trying to find the words. "Fallen angels have lost their grace, but the rest of the creatures and beings never actually had grace because of what they were. If I tried going into Hell through a portal or any Gates located in different locations, I'd either burn into ashes or wouldn't even be able to cross because of the little amount of grace I have."
Both Madison and Savanah looked at me, nodding slowly in understanding.
"So then how can the beings of Hell drag you back?" Madison questioned.
I paused, thinking hard. "The only way I know is either having a fallen angel or creature from down under come up and personally drag me down to Hell, or if the Lord Lucifer makes his presence here on Earth and banishes me down to the pits, where my soul will either rot away or I will have to lead the whole supernatural army of Hell once again." I looked to the ground, sighing.
Madison ran her fingers through my short hair, causing me to smile a bit. "But that won't happen because I need my guardian fallen angel right by my side." She whispered softly in my ear. I rolled my eyes, laughing softly as Savanah questioned once again, "My last question then is why do they want you down there so badly.. I mean, isn't Lucifer like the creator of Hell?"
I shrugged slightly, "Technically no but obviously he is the all powerful leader. But since I am a pure fallen angel, I am supposed to be even more powerful than him." I said slowly, "He actually wants me to take over because He knows that if I take over, I will have the ability to overthrow Heaven which even He can't get a grasp on. So now He's getting the entire army trying to bring me back."
