Skye's POV:

I cringed as I said my name, I've hated it. Why couldn't my mum name me something normal, like 'Charlotte' or 'Amy' or 'Lauren', but he said it was beautiful, Ed Sheeran said it was beautiful. He didn't wait for a response and opened the back stage door, leading me in. "Stu!" he shouted, "Get me another one of those VIP neck things, we got a visiter!". Stuart rolled his eyes and stuck up his middle finger before walking off to get one, I laughed and Ed just smirked. "You wanna see where I hang out back here?" he said as I looked around, it wasn't as glam as I thought it might be, just corridors, with a load of doors. Bit like a school really, I nodded and he pushed open the door nearest to us, I didn't even notice, but the words 'Ed Sheeran' were stuck on the door. He grins as I walk in, it wasn't much some people would say, but it was good enough for me, Cyril and Nigel were leaning up against the back wall next to the sofa and there were a few bits of Lego scattered across the floor, as well as the table.

Stuart suddenly burst in and threw Ed the VIP pass, he caught my eye and nodded, "You alright?" I smiled and he walked out, this time Ed laughed. "He's not always like that", he said while putting the pass over my neck, his hand brushed against my cheek which made me tingle inside. "I better start my sound check" he said quickly picking up Nigel, pretending nothing happened and opened the door open for me. We walked down a few corridors and through the back of the curtains, onto the stage. I'd never seen the place from this angle, it was kinda scary, I don't know how he did it. He smiled at me, "Pick a seat" he chuckled as I jumped off the stage and sat down on the nearest chair, he sung a few songs, The A Team, Gold Rush and Autumn Leaves and then started testing out the loop pedal. He scowled at the piano on the back of the stage. "I don't even play piano".

"I do", I blurted out, soon regretting that I even mentioned it. His eyes lightened up, "Please play me something!" he says, his eyes locked onto mine, it's not like I could resist that look. I sighed, jumping back up on stage and sitting down at the piano. I frown, thinking what to play. "Play me something, that I don't know" he said, smiling, I could tell he was excited and that made me even more nervous, knowing that I can't let him down.

So I start playing 'Crawl' by Chris Brown, its not really a song most people would play on the piano, but I liked it, the lower harmonies were catchy. I sung the whole song, and the whole time I could feel Ed standing right behind me, watching, it was so quiet apart from my playing and singing I could hear him breathing, that gave me a confidence boost and I started to enjoy myself. After I finished he clapped loudly. "Your amazing!" he laughed, playfully punching my arm. "What can't you do!", I felt my face burn, knowing I was blushing, I just shrugged. "Take your seat, I'll be starting soon" he smiled and he walked back through the curtain, just disappearing. I sat down as fans started pouring in, I quickly took off my VIP pass and stuffed it in my bag, getting ready for the amazing performance Ed delivers every time he steps on stage.
