Ed's POV:

I took her hand and we walked down the street. I couldn't really think of any good clubs, as I rarely even went to any. So I just took her in the first one I saw, it looked decent so I led her inside and walked over to the bar. "Beer?", she nodded and I ordered two. A few songs I hadn't heard were playing while we stood drinking our beers in the corner. But then an old school track came on. It wasn't a bad song. So I took Sykes hand. "Come on, we have to dance" I laughed and pulled her onto the dance floor and wrapped my arms around her waist. "I can't dance" she whispered softly, trying not to laugh. "Me either" I reassured her, slowly swaying to the music. She looked up at me with those green eyes of hers and it was a beautiful moment, I didn't want the song to end. Unfortunately, as all songs do, it did.

She laughed it off as the song finished, looking embarrassed, "another beer?". I smiled and nodded and she went over to the bar and bought them while I sat down at a spare table. She came back after a few minutes and sat down. "I didn't think you were a club-y kinda guy" she grinned, handing me my drink. "I'm not, it's something different though right?" I said, leaning in to try and speak over the music, "If this is boring we can go back to yours, or mine or whatever?". She shook her head, "No it's alright, it's nice to spend time with you". I grinned at her and drank from my glass. "I'll just pop to the toilets, wont be long". She got up and went in and I sat back in my chair and smiled.

Life was perfect at the moment, my music career was going well, and I had a beautiful girl in my life. But nothings ever this perfect - right?
