~ Jane's POV ~

The girl - Alexis - finally left the room, but I know it's only for a few minutes, so I have to be quick. I jumped into the window, and landed silently on the floor. I raced to the drawer that I needed, and immediately got to work. I dug through each of the cards in the drawer, scanning each one for the information I'm looking for.

Why do people save cards? Birthday cards, holiday cards, get well cards and even random cards. Why do you even need these? I found an old birthday card for the girl named Taylor, and I saw it had an address on it. I took the card, closed the drawer and quickly got out of the room as fast as I could.

As soon as I got out of the window and onto the roof, the bedroom door opened. That was a close call. I looked at the card, and read the address.

I followed the directions on the birthday card, and almost twenty minutes later I finally found the house. I peeked in the windows, trying to see if it was the right person's house. I saw a girl with blonde, short hair run into the room I was looking in.

She ran through a doorway into a different room, so I crept around the side of the house, to keep an eye on her. An older woman - who I assume is her mother - was in this room. The window I was next to was cracked open a bit, so I could listen into their conversation.

"Mom! Was that Rachel?"

"Yes, a woman came by this morning with news on Addy."

"Really? Is she okay? Where is she?!" The girl said frantically, but instead of sounding like Alexis did, she actually sounded worried. I guess Jeff's girl never said goodbye to this friend.

"There wasn't much information, but the woman said that she was in the woods, I'm not sure what that means, but I hope she comes home soon." The mother said, putting her phone on the table next to her.

"Me too, I really, really miss Addy..."

"I'm sorry Taylor... I know-" I didn't listen to the conversation anymore. Because I got all the information I needed. Conformation that this is the right friend - I was 99% sure when I found the house that it was the right friend, but it never hurts to make sure.

The house was only one story, so I didn't have to climb up the sides of houses anymore. I ran around the whole house, checking each window for the girls bedroom. I found it at the back of the house, and luckily, the window was unlocked, but there was a screen on it, however, that wasn't much of a problem.

I grabbed out my knife and cut a slit through the screen gate, and climbed stealthily through the window. I ducked under the bed and got settled, preparing myself for what I'm going to do next.

An hour passed, an hour of just me being bored, waiting for the girl to come into her room. My patience was rewarded, and the blonde girl entered her room. She looked around the room, didn't see me, and then turned around and shut her door. As her back was turned I got out from under the bed and fixed my hair.

She was turning around, and before she saw me I whispered: "Scream, and I kill you!" Her eyes grew wide and she spun around fast to face me. She gasped stepped back a few steps.

"Wh-Who are you?" She asked, her voice trembling.

"Who am I? Well, dear, I am Jane. Jane the killer." I said, giving her a smirk. I looked down at my knife, and spun it around in my hands. When I looked back up at the girl her eyes were even wider than they were before.

"J-Jane th-the Killer? Like as in Jeff the Killer's enemy?" She asked me, I could hear the fear in her voice, and it made me want to laugh.
