(Stanley: Three months, thirteen weeks)
It's been a couple of months since I left for training for the army, I was finally able to come home to see Stanley. I missed my husband terribly and I know for a fact he missed me.
I showed up at our house, parking my car and getting out. I walked up to the front door, opening it with my key, I was nervous to do what I did next.
"Oh, Stanley! I'm home." I called, little did I know, here comes Stanley running towards me, jumping into my arms. "I thought it was too good to be true." Stanley said, I put him down. "To hear your voice." He was crying a little and I could see that the little one was making an appearance already on him.
"Here, let me take your stuff."
"No, you're pregnant, I'll take it up." Stanley nodded.
This is going to be a good couple of days.
"I'm just glad you're back for a couple of days, now I don't have to bother Robert to come over."
We both laughed while we walked up the stairs.

I decided to jump in the shower before we went to bed. It felt good to have Everest back for a few days. I missed him these past three in a half months. I rubbed a hand over my stomach, feeling my growing bump. I jumped when I felt a pair of arms wrapped around me.
"Didn't mean to scare you, Stan," Everest said, placing his hands on top of mine. "Little one's getting big." He smiled a little while he rested his hands on my stomach. "Have you felt them move or kick yet?" I shake my head. "It's still early yet," I replied, just being relieved I'm in my husband's arms again. "How long are you going to be home?"
"A few weeks," Everest informed, kissing my neck. "I'm glad."
"I knew you would be." He kissed me on the cheek. "I love you."
"I love you, too."

"It feels good sleeping in my bed," I said, looking at Stanley. "Sleeping next to you was something I missed." Stanley smiled at me while we shared a kiss. "I love you." Then I rolled up his shirt to expose his stomach. "I love you, too," while I placed a kiss against Stanley's bump, and Stanley laughed at me.
"You're going to be a good dad," Stanley replied, holding my hand. "You're going to be a great parent."
We shared a kiss before we turned off the lights.
I found myself resting my hand on Stanley's stomach while I fell asleep.
