JENNIFER'S POV
My head resting on David's chest, I woke up. His lovely scent filled my nose, reminding me of his presence beside me. I began tracing little circles on his chest and stomach, to try and wake him, but I failed. He didn't move at all, so I'm sure he's still asleep. I sat up taller, and held his head in my arms carefully; his dark chocolate brown hair was soft and feather like, tousled all around. I ran my fingers through his hair, massaging his scalp. He loves it when I do this, it relaxes him, and it can also heighten his senses. He begins to stir in my arms, yawning adorably. My knuckles gently slide down his jaw, and he smiles up at me. He must be awake now, he then crosses his arm over me, keeping me close to him. His eyes open, looking right into my own. I lean down and kiss his lips, before sinking back into his warm arms again.
The telephone rings loudly, interrupting our quietness. He groans, and slowly gets up and out of bed. I admire his physique, the contouring of a human body is so perfect and intricate. The way his muscles move and contract as he walks or picks up the phone. When he reaches his arm up and over his head, all of the bones and muscles in his back move. I smile, remembering that he's mine.
When he answers the phone, I can hear the woman's voice perfectly.

"Hi, this is the agent of Oprah Winfrey speaking, my name is Kathy and she'd like to have as many of the cast members of Friends on today. We know it's last minute, but the current guest just cancelled." She spoke cheerfully.
David: Well I'm free, and Jennifer is free. I don't know about the others though. You can contact them, or actually I can give you their numbers if you'd like.
Kathy: I have their numbers already, and I'm going to call them next. Thank you for coming, and tell Jennifer thank you from me as well!
David: Alright, I will. See you or Oprah or whoever later on. Oh! What time should we get there?
Kathy: The show films at 1, but you guys should get there sometime after 12. See you then!
David: Okay cool, see you later.

David hung up the phone, and turned back towards me. He walked over and sat himself at the end of the bed. He explained to me what the woman on the phone said.
"Well it's just after 10 right now, and we have to get there around 12. What do you want to do until then?" He asked, patting my leg.
My heart rate spiked immediately.
"We don't have much time!" I panted, waving my arms, "We should get there at 12:15, but that means we have to leave at 11:45!" I loudly stated, raising my voice. David massaged my blanket covered feet gently, but rolled his eyes at my words.
"So? We have 2 hours and 45 minutes, that's plenty of time." He reassured, but I was eager.

DAVID'S POV
She hopped away to the bathroom, but waltzed back in, and grabbed my arm. She pulled me into the bathroom, and began to undress.
"Come on! We have to have a shower!" She impatiently harassed, turning on the water.
I shook my head in protest, but she tugged my arm harder.
"David," I could hear the seriousness in her voice, "Get in." She warned, and I obeyed her obediently.
We climbed in, shampooed, rinsed, and got out. I do have to admit, the hot water was a great way to wake me up. I felt all fresh and clean, as I grabbed a towel for myself. Jennifer was way ahead of me by the time I'd dried my body. She already had a towel in her hair, and one wrapped around her body. She chuckled, seeing how little I'd got done. Grabbing my razor, I ignored her as I applied shaving cream to my face and shaved it.
I finally wrapped my towel around my waist and followed her into the bedroom. Yanking open her dresser drawers, she tossed shirts, skirts, pants, dresses, over her shoulder. They all fell onto the bed, and so I went to clean them up. She was still mindlessly throwing them, and pelting me with now her underwear in the process. I gave up, and stood next to her with my hands on my hips.
"What are you doing?!" I asked, as she paused and looked up.
"I need clothes! I want to wear a nice dress for Oprah. It's Oprah for gosh sakes!" She yelled, flailing her arms rapidly.
She was getting out of control. I took her shoulder and arm, stopping her throwing. I pulled her to my chest, and rubbed her back gently.
"Shh, everything is going to be okay, just calm down," I reassured, before she nodded up at me.
She brought her hand up, and ran it up and down my chest.
"I know, I'm just being a typical girl. I sorry if I freaked you out or whatever, I'll calm down. It's my first proper real interview, I've never done this before. I guess I'm just nervous." She admitted, pulling herself away slightly.
I kissed her forehead, and she smiled up at me.
"I'm nervous too, sweetie. You know I have anxiety, but I want to be myself today, and accomplish a fear of mine. It'll go well, I hope." I offered quietly, my voice barely above a whisper.
She stood up on her tippy-toes, and kissed my lips slowly and softly, calming my nerves. It was very open, she was gently pulling my bottom lip with her lips. She backed away, leaving me wanting more. I shrugged it off, I can wait until later. Smirking playfully, Jennifer opened her closet, shuffled through some racks, but eventually found a suitable dress that she liked. I never actually saw it, she hid it behind her back and made me turn around. With my eyes closed, I reached out for her hand. I stroked it in my own, before realizing I have no clothes.
"Shit! Jennifer, I'll have to drive your car back to my place. I don't have any suits or anything here, only there. Let me get dressed in yesterday's clothes and I'll leave in five minutes." I quickly pulled on my pants and shirt, along with my shoes, and ran out the house.
I had grabbed Jennifer's car keys before leaving, thank god!
Once I arrived, I found my way upstairs. I pulled out a woolen maroon suit that was thin and fit well, opposed to the loose and baggy clothes I wear on the show. I found a black tie, a bow tie, and a white shirt in my drawer. I couldn't decide between the bow tie or the regular tie, so I decided to let Jennifer choose. I grabbed a pair of dress shoes, underwear, and a belt on my way out, and ran back to the car. When I opened the front door, panting and sweaty, Jennifer was leaning against the doorframe in a beautiful red dress. It had layers cut out of the side, and exposed much of her back. I immediately dropped all of my clothes in my hands, my jaw dropping at how stunning she looked.
"Is it weird that I love that dress so much, although at the same time I want to rip it off of you?" I asked, making her laugh.
I slowly picked up my discarded clothes from the floor and laid them out across the couch. I undressed, all under the eyes of Jennifer, as she watched me with her arms and legs crossed. Pulling on my white shirt, she eyed me carefully, making me feel exposed. I then tugged up my pants, buckled them, and tucked in my white shirt. It's nice to wear fitted clothes.
I picked up the black bow tie and the neck tie and held them up to my neck.
"Which one?" I asked, lifting my chin.
She pointed to the bow tie, but approached me silently. She wrapped it around my neck, and evened the fronts out.
"Tilt up your chin." She ordered, lifting my jaw.
She tied the bow tie, and adjusted it accordingly once she was finished. She stepped back to grab my woolen maroon suit jacket, and handed it to me. I slid it on, and buttoned up the front. I slipped on my dark brown dress shoes, and stood up straight, standing opposite her about four feet apart.
"Aren't you a handsome man?" Jennifer complimented, coming closer to me.
I glance down at my watch, it read 11:20. Only 25 minutes till we leave.
"We have 25 minutes until it's go time. I can make you breakfast?" I offered, rubbing her back.
She nodded, but drifted off.
"Okay, you do that while I blow-dry my hair, it's still wet. " She announced, as she walked into her bedroom.
I decided to maker her pancakes, which are simple and delicious...and sticky.
JENNIFER'S POV
In the bathroom, drying my hair, I could hear food sizzle on the stove. I wonder what he's making? After I've dried my hair, I emerge from the bedroom and into the kitchen where two empty plates and another one stacked with pancakes sat on the kitchen table. On one side of the table was David, who stood and pulled out the chair for me. We both sat, and he served me a few pancakes.
"Aw no sweetie not too many, I'm trying to keep my weight down." I warn, as he attempts to drop a third pancake onto my plate.
He looked so hurt, and places down the spatula onto the table.
"But you're so...thin and beautiful, if you lose anymore weight I won't be able to see you!" He chuckled lightly, his tone soft.
I smiled, but returned my gaze to the two pancakes below me, sitting on my plate. I didn't meet eyes with him, but I could tell he was trying to catch my gaze.
"Yeah well, I have to stay this thin, or else the producers won't be too happy. When I got the job on our show I had to lose like 15 pounds, and I don't want to have to do that again." I whispered, as he reached out his hand and placed it atop mine.
His warmth spread through me, as he ran his hand across mine.
"I don't know what to say, I'm sorry. But I love you for who you are on the inside, and that's all that matters to me." He whispered, coming up close to me. My eyes went wide. Did he just say the four letter word he shouldn't say yet?! I looked up at him, and his face went to reassuring to scared. He sat back, and looked down at his lap.
"D-d-did you just s-say you l-l-love me?!" I stuttered, barely forming a sentence.
He leaned across the table and brought his face close so it was only two inches away from mine.
"Yeah, I love you. You already knew that, Jennifer. Remember how I fell in love with you, and you didn't know? I still have those feelings, they haven't gone away." He spoke slowly, enunciating clearly.
I swallowed, I'd forgotten that when he fell in love, he literally fell in love.
"David, I feel so bad because I can't say the same back to you. It's too soon, it's been like a week! I'm sorry, Its just too soon. Would you refrain from saying it, because it makes me feel horrible that I can't reciprocate the emotions you have." I shyly answered, but he seemed to understand. He nodded in response, and held my hand tightly.
"Well let's eat these pancakes and get going sweetie" He grinned.
His smile lights up my world.
