Abhay's POV

I woke up and found the most beautiful woman in the world curled up next to me. Her long black hair cascaded down her back. I stroked it gently.

She stirred in her sleep.

I just watched, in awe of her beauty.

She smiled shyly.

"You snore in your sleep." I told her and she rolled her eyes.

"Tina," I said softly, "you know we can't," I said and her face dropped, "it's too risky. What if the university finds out? You'll get expelled, I'll get fired. Then what will we do?" I pointed out the facts and she stayed quiet. "Tina?"

"I understand. " She said softly, but I could tell she was on the verge of crying.

"Baby I want to do all those things with you, believe me. But I don't want to jeopardize our future like that. You've worked so hard and been through so much, I can't take that away from you." I held her face in my hands.

She sighed and gave me a small nod. "Yeah you're right, it just sucks." She pouted.

"It really does." I kissed her forehead.

"Can't we go away for the weekend? Where no one will know us?" She sat up suddenly, beaming with excitement.

"We can book a hotel and go for walks in public, and hold hands and-"

"Tina look w-"

"Where should we go? Not overseas that's a bit much, but maybe an hour drive away. Ooh I know, how about w-"

"For God's sake Tina will you shut up. We can't go out anywhere. You never know when someone might pop up. Or what people will see. It's too damn risky, so stop trying to do whatever it is you're doing." I raised my voice, trying to get my point across.

"So what, we just hide away in your apartment for years until I graduate? Is that it?." She crossed her arms over her chest.

"It's not ideal but it works, okay? This works. What we have now." I sighed and rested my head back on the pillow.

"If you say so." She rolled her eyes and stormed out of the room.
