Chapter 2- Why her?

Its been 11 years and the girls at the top are Olivia and Rubie, Olivia is the blonde and Rubie is the Brunette.
Olivia's POV
I was at home alone, well Rubie was there but all she did was sit on her laptop. I heard a knok on the door and went over to get it. It was Niall.
-" Hey...ummm...can i see Rubie?" he said.
Uhgggg he so annoying all he ever wants to do is see Rubie all the time.
-" yeah sure she is in her room " i said and walked back over to the sofa, he ran upstairs.
So much for best friends.
( flashback they are 13 )
Olivias POV
Me and Niall were in the garden, laying on the grass under the stars.
-" You know Olivia, I think we will ALWAYS be best friends. "he said.
-" Me too " i said.
(end of flashback)
I could hear them laughing and talking.
I didn't have many people i could call my friends.
Niall was one of the only ones,
I was beggining to wonder if i could even call him a friend anymore.
He comes round every day to talk to Rubie.
We haven't properly talked in
a month or two. It hurts that he doesen't want to be friends with me.

I've got school today, so i put on my grey Jack Wills jumper, black skinny jeans with ripped knees, black vans, and i wore my hair down today so i put on a grey beanie. I got the bus to school. When the bus came me and niall would normally sit together but latley i have to sit next to my other friend Naomi, i call her Nim. Niall has been sitting  next to Calvin, the most annoying guy in the hole school, I almost  hate him as much as I hate Niall at the moment.

School was just, School i guess. With out Niall my life was dull, video games were boring if i coulden't beat Niall, rain was just water if Niall and me didn't turn it into a wreseling match  in the wet mud.
With my parents being lawers i hardly ever saw them, and Rubie was always out with the popular kids at school, and now Niall was with the popular kids, and me? Well i was with Naomi. Just me and her. I mean don't get me wrong Naomi is great she just isn't...well Niall, she isn't Niall.
My crush Will Daniels is basicly an asshole towards me and Nim, we used to be really close when he was my neighbour but now he just ignores me.

Rubie is starting her career as a model, getting interviewed every week. And i'm basically starving myself too come close to her slimness.
I'm not fat, even though my nickname is fat bitch, but im defenitly nowhere close to being slim, im also the ugliest person in school.
I used  to do ballet, but i got picked on when i was 13 so i stopped.

Me and Naomi are going shopping later to get our dresses for homecoming.

-" Try this one on, it's super cute "
said Naomi pointing to a really nice black dres with a collar decoration.
-" Fine..." i walked into the dressing rooms and she waited outside. I put it on and i instantly fell in love.
As i walked out she looked up from her phone and her mouth made a perfect O shape.
-" y-you look stunning " she finally said.
-" Im gonna get it"
-" good."
After buying the dress and waiting for Nim to try on about ten other dresses before deciding on a slim fit cream coloured dress with a little white decor on the shoulders. She looked A-mazing.
So she bought her dress and we went  to Starbucks.
-" Sooooooooooo any updates on Niall then??? " she asked and i rolled my eyes playfully.
-" Nope " i said popung the p " you got any updates on Niall then??" i asked.
-" Actually yes i have, aparently him and Caitlyn Porth, yes you heard me Caitlyn Porth the bitchy one, well they are now an item and are going to homecoming together. " she said.
I cant belive it after all Caitlyn did and said to me he is now going out with her.
-" Who cares at least she isnt rubbing it in my face " i said.
After a while i walked home and i just ran upstairs to my room and pulled out our box. Our box was this old shoe box that me and Niall painted blue and stuffed loads of photos and letters and memorable things inside. And i just oppend it and pulled out the first picture of me and niall playing in the river together. I just cried and cried for about 2 hours and then i thought about when we were little.
Well i guess its oficially over our friendship is in the past now. So the next time he comes to my house to see Rubie i will set him strait and shove this stupid box in his face.

Well i guess he deserves better than me, i allways knew i was a piece of shit but i never thought that Niall would leave me on my own for that.I miss him so much, reality slap Olivia he hates you.

at school the next day
As i was walking down the hall to sit on my own in break, Nim was ill, Caitlyn and the other popular kids approached me. Great!.
-" Well well well if it isnt Olivia the waste of space, i hope you know that your preacious Niall is mine now, and he will never ever waste time with someone like you. " she and her plastic people giggled and pushed past me.

Yes i was aware that Niall has moved on from our friendship, and yes i am aware that i havent.

When i was in the cafeteria all i could see was people laughing and staring at me. I didint know or care why to be honest. I mean its been a long day i hope they got a bit of amusement out of my sadness, because i definetly dont.

As i walked onto the bus i directed myself to the seat on its own. suddenly someone sat down next to me.
