My eyes stared through the rain covered glass. Sighing to myself, my gaze watched as different cars continued to drive across the city. Memories of the last final battle pushed through my subconscious.

-----

The angel continued to thrash around. If it was angry before. I could only imaging how outraged it was now. I shook my head. 'I thought father was scary. But not this extent.' A short cloaked figure ran towards me.

"Marc." It's feminine voice shouted. I turned to look at Rowena. A determined look crossed her face. "Are you ready?" I blinked. Finding myself slightly caught off by her question.

"Of course. We need to do this now." The blonde nodded. Her hands cracking each knuckle. '

"If you say so, just don't come crying to me if he hits you too hard." A small dry laugh left my lips.

"You doubt me too much lycan. I should be saying the same thing to you." This time it was the lycan's turn to laugh.

"Glad to have you back Dracula. I'll take care of the twins...." She trailed off. Her deep green eyes scanned the broken hall. "Er, where's the other one." I shrugged.

"Who knows. Just keep your eyes open." Without waiting for another word, the girl rushed over to punch the only visible twin. The brunette fell back. His hand moved to his left cheek. The teen only growled. Before rushing to hit the girl back. Shaking my head, I turned to face the angel in front of me. The monster continued to roar and thrash. Father Valinor was fallen alright. By the looks of it, he was almost completely gone. His insanity was completely visible at this point. Making him a formidable foe. Shaking my thoughts off. I started to slowly approach the fallen. My hand reached into the long black cloak surrounding me like a small barrier. The knife, that was tucked so cautiously slid across my fingers. Allowing me some sort of comfort.

"Father." I shouted once again. "Come and get me." With out waiting for a single second, the creature lunged towards me. Expecting this, my hand pulled out the knife, and harshly slashed father's left arm. This only angered the creature. It's large hand moved to catch me, however my legs propelled my body a good forty feet away from harm. The angel hissed before flying straight into my direction. I found myself rushing straight towards him knife in hand.

"Marc watch out!" Rowena shouted. My eyes widened. There hiding on the very tallest pillar was the second twin, gun in hand. Before I knew it, the sound of gun fire echoed through the halls. Followed by an impossibly strong force pushing my body back.

Shaking my head I turned to now stare at the plain abandoned apartment. Nothing had really changed much since those two hundred years ago. But I couldn't help but feel slightly nostalgic of the past. "Rowena.." I whispered.

---------------------------------------

"Rowena." I screamed as her body fell onto the harsh tile. The dark angel chuckled stopping in it's tracks to stare directly in her direction. Immediately I rushed to her aid. My hands attempted to hold her open wound shut. However, nothing would put an end to the river of blood. The blonde blinked. Her eyes showing genuine surprise.

"Marc?" She whispered. The twin shouted out curses. Before taking aim once more. I glared in his direction. Feeling as if the last of my sanity had snapped. My body stood on it's own. The lycan's blood dripping from my hands. Without giving the other teen a chance to prepare. I lunged towards him. The brunette screeched in surprise. Before moving to avoid my attacks. However I was far quicker. With the help of my vampire speed the knife, that was hidden so carefully in my hand found it's way inside of a new target. The teen howled in pain. His hands moved to push my shorter body away from his. But I could tell that his strength was disappearing. Along with the life in his eyes.
