I jumped back as the old clash side off and crashed onto the floor. The impact had sent rogue pieces of glass flying everywhere. My surprised gaze slowly moved up towards where the window had once stood. Only to see two mirror faces glancing down towards me. Their dark brown eyes watched my moves intently as I began to back up. My legs pushed my farther away from the two boys. Now recognizing that they were the two watching Vladamire and I before.
"There you are!" The one on the left called down. His voice giving away the fact that his age was in the late teens.
"I'm do glad we found you." The one on the right continued.
"Are you feeling alright?" They both questioned at the same time. I blinked in surprise. 'Whats going on?' I asked myself.
The left one turned to look towards his twin. "Nollaf, he doesn't look sick." The mirror image nodded. Before turning to look directly at the other.
"Your right Fallon, although he does look a little pale."
I looked behind me. Hoping Vladamire or Rowena would push open the door and rescue me. My ears picked up the sound of a large bang. I turned back around to see that one of the twins managed to get inside. My blood began to run cold at the sight of the slightly taller teen. His neatly side combed brown hair moved with his body as he took a step towards me, holding his hand out invitingly. 'Why does this keep happening to me?' I thought taking a step back.
"I think you scared him." Called one of the twins.
"Don't worry, were here to rescue you." I gave him a blank look.
"Huh.." To say that I was expecting him to say that, would be very inaccurate.
"Brother, perhaps we should explain?" The one in front of me responded. Making his twin sigh.
"Right, my name is Fallon, this is my brother Nollaf. Were from the Mccall family." Fallon started, only to have Nollaf finish his explanation.
"We were given orders from a priest to find you. Said you had disappeared. Once we found you, a demon was a little two close."
"Thanks to our sister Libby who led us to you. We managed to find you, and a good thing too."
"Who knows what that demon could have done to you."
"W-wait.." I interrupted. Still barley grasping what the two had said. "You said a priest?" The twins nodded.
"Yes, father Valinor. He was very distressed."
"Once he had returned from his trip, the orphan he had been taking care of was nowhere to be found. The church was a mess, and only a few towns folk were able to explain that a mysterious figure had taken you away."
"It's been a few months. I'm surprised that your still alive."
"Fallon." Nollaf hissed. Sending his twin a warning glare. 'Father's returned from his trip already?' My mind started. Ignoring the odd looks from the twins. 'He even hired the twins to find me.' I looked back at the still closed door. Not being able to make out neither Vladamire or Rowena's voices.
"I should also mention father Valinor is in town currently." I looked up at Nollaf. Feeling very overwhelmed. 'Well...I really should tell father that i'm alright. Sure he is scary, but he did raise me. It would only be for a couple hours..'
"Ok, just wait a second." I explained before running towards the large door. Without look back or listening to the twins curses I pulled the door open and peaked outside. To my surprise, Rowena was currently being held up by the back of her shirt with Vladamire glaring at her.
"Um..." I began. Not sure what was going on currently. Crimson and blue eyes looked over towards my direction. "So, I'm just going to go see someone for a while." Both creatures raised their eye browns questionably. "Don't worry, there right in town, and.."
"Is that smart?" Rowena hissed towards me. Coughing slightly from the tight hold she was currently in. "There's probably hundreds of offspring's running around."
My gaze moved towards Vladamire. I'm sure my facial expression matched a pout slightly. Making me question my actions. To my luck the butler sighed. Signaling that he was giving in.
"Alright, however we will be keeping a close eye on you."
"Huh? Are you insane?" Rowena shouted. Not caring that anyone could over hear our conversation. "He'll be killed, and besides we have a meeting to go to.I also don't feel like babysitting." She continued. Only receiving a small shake from the vampire.
"Thank you so much!" I thanked giving Vladamire a large friendly smile. Before returning to the two questioning twins. Fallon only growled, while Nollaf grabbed onto my hand, while leading me through the broken window.
