Hi everyone,
I hope you’re not upset with me for not posting lately. Yesterday something really overwhelming happened—while cooking, I accidentally left the stove on and it caused a small fire. Thankfully, I was able to stop it myself without thinking twice about my safety.
But even though the situation is under control now, I can’t seem to control how I feel inside. I’m carrying a heavy weight of guilt, fear, and stress. Everyone around me seems focused on the damage caused—but no one has asked how I am doing.
Yes, things got damaged… but so did a part of me. My mental health took a serious hit.
It’s Monday, and I’m fasting today, yet I didn’t go to the temple like I usually do. I don’t feel like worshipping, but I also don’t want to disconnect from my faith.
My landlord hasn’t said anything so far, but the silence adds to my anxiety. I’m doing my best, but right now, I just need a little understanding and kindness.
Please check on your friends—not just when things go wrong, but especially when they go silent.
