Chapter 33

Andie POV

"I wish it was you" Sean said.

I look up at him again.

"So do i" I say.

Sean starts to lean in but I back away a little.

"Just not now....sorry" I look back at the water and think about everything that happened.

"So um what do you want to do?" I hear Sean say.

"Wanna practise the dance?" I say.

"OH and while we are at it maybe we should show my mum the dance because for some strange reason, She already knows" I smile at Sean.

"Haha yeah....strange" he avoiding I eye contact with me.

I put my hand on his shoulder and he looks at me.

"I know you did it, it's okay" I smile again.

He smiles then takes my hand.

"Let's go!" He says dragging me off the bench.

"HHAHAHA".

We then start running to my house hand in hand.

As we arrive I spot my friend that I haven't seen in ages.

2 years to be exact.

She is sitting on a bench that we have on our porch.

I let go of Sean's hand quickly and race over to Clare.

" CLARE" I call to her.

She jumps up and starts running to me.

As we are a metre away from each other I extend my arms out and We hug each other like we would never let go.

Sean soon walks up behind me.

"I missed you so much" Clare says.

"Me to" I pull back from the hug.

"Why were you waiting outside for?" I ask.

"No one was home" she states.

"Okay, oh Clare I have someone for you to meet" I turn around to face Sean.

I clear my throat.

"Clare, this is Sean my best friend and dance partner" I say gesturing to Sean.

Sean's face was like 'what' when I said dance partner.

"Hi Sean....wait.....dance partner?" Clare says.

"Yeah um, I've kept a massive secret from everyone and that is that I'm a dancer...just like you Clare" I say.

"Wow really? Like hip hop?" She asks.

"Yes, that's my favourite one" I say.

"Come on, let's go inside" I say and everyone follows me.

I open the door with my key.

"I need to see you dance!" Clare says watching me.

"You will soon!" I say and look over to Sean.

We all walk inside and go to the living room which is now finished renovation!

I sit on one of the couches which Sean while Clare sits on the small one on the opposite side.

"So how was America?" I ask.

--------Time lapse to end of convo-------

"Sorry, but I have to ask.......how long have you two been a couple? " she asks.

Sean and I look at each other.

"We're not together..." Sean says.

"Really? Wow....you should be" Clare says and gives me a creepy wink.

Omg....

"Anyway!, how about we show you that dance!" I say standing up.

Clare walks in front and enters the garage.

Sean and I follow behind her.

I get my iPod ready.

"Clare, Can you press play please?" I ask as I walk to my starting position.

The music starts and we start dancing.

"THAT WAS AMAZING, 10/10 WELL DONE, YOU WILL SLAY AT THAT TALENT SHOW!" Clare screams.

" haha thanks Clare " I say out of breath.

"It kinda looked like you guys had a connection when you danced" Clare says.

I look over to Sean.

" We do" ...
