Andie POV
Every movement, every emotion and every dance in this piece is perfect.
It's even more perfect with Sean on stage with me.
We are doing amazing!
I can feel the vibe through the audience and the stage.
All of those eyes watching me in amazement and wonder.
Watching my every move and admiring my performance.
Sean and I finish the dance piece in our ending pose and watch as the audience cheers as they stand.
We break out of our ending pose and bow for the audience.
"Could we please have all performers excluding Rachael Hollister on stage please?" One of the judges says.
Sean and I hand in hand line up in the middle of line created by the other performers.
"And the true winners of this schools talent show is ..........ANDIE AND SEAN!!" The host announces.
"YESSS!!" I scream and pull Sean into a hug.
"Wooo" "yeah Andie" "Sean my man" the audience cheers and floods the stage.
They play a song to celebrate our win.
"Here is your scholarship And prize money Andie" The host hands over a large envelope and a small one.
"Oh , oh my god thank you so much" I say and gladly receives the prizes.
The host walks away and I turn towards Sean.
"We did it!" I say to Sean with a smile.
"No Andie, you did it" Sean says walking closer to me. I laugh.
"So do I have my girlfriend back now?"
"Well there's one more thing you need to do" I say with a smirk.
I then lean in and kiss Sean.
He smiles in the kiss and lifts me up.
Everyones voices fill the air and the confetti shoots into the room above us as we kiss.
"Thank you so much Sean this is amazing" I say after the kiss.
"Your welcome Andie but now we celebrate" Sean says.
"Woooooooo" we all cheer.
We all soon start dancing and partying on stage with the audience.
This is the moment I thought I would never have.
From a girl that danced alone in a garage, isolated from the world. Into a brave girl who showed her talent to the universe....
Epilogue (1 month after)
"5,6,7,8...." My dance teacher Parris calls.
"That was awesome everyone, please take a 10 minute break" Parris says.
"Hey babe" Sean says walking up to me.
"Heyyyy" I say bouncing on my toes and grabbing my water bottle from the shelf.
"Did you like your first week here?" Sean Asks me.
"Yeah it's amazing" I reply looking around.
I am happy to be here.
Happy to be sharing my talent with everyone.
Maybe one day I will teach my talent.
I feels amazing to be in an actual dance room.
The floor in the dance room feels much better than the painted floor in my garage.
Im so glad that my old stage has grown into a better one.
We are performing at the world hiphop championships next week.
