"So, Taylor. What are a few of your favorite games?"

I think about this for a moment before I give Dan my answer.

"Well, do you mean old games, or more of the newer games?" I ask.

"Just any in general. It doesn't matter by the type of console either."

"Ok well, one of the first games I played that I really enjoyed was 'Super Smash Bros' on the Nintendo 64. It was the one thing I could do with my brothers without someone getting mad at the other. My favorite newer game at the moment is Call of Duty: Black Ops 2. Although I get really competitive playing it."

"Wait, we actually have Black Ops 2. Do you want to play that when we get back?"

"Really?! Oh my god, I love that game! I have to tell you though, I play pretty bad at it."

"I'm sure you'll be great at it," Dan assures me with a smile.

"Hey, Mack." I say as I tap on her shoulder.

"Yeah, Tay?"

"Dan and I are going to go play some games and maybe a movie or something. That cool?"

"Yeah, that's cool. We are going to go see the London Eye, so we will be back in a few hours."

Wow, it's just going to be Dan in I...alone.

"Ok, sounds good. See ya guys later."

We talk about a couple of random other things, and by the time we get back, we are laughing over a story I was telling him.

"So after we tie his shoes to the table, it's time to go back inside to class. So we are waiting on him to untie his shoes. He takes too long, so we leave him there, just shoes tied to the table!"

Dan and I are laughing so hard, we are crying!

"That's not even the best part! A couple days later, we tie his shoes together in a knot, and when it's time to go inside, he hasn't gotten them untied. He walks all the way to his classroom and has to ask his teacher for some scissors to cut his shoelaces!"

"Ok, ok, ok, stop Taylor. Ha! I can't breath! Oh, god. That's one of the funniest stories I've heard! Taylor you a really funny girl."

I could feel the heat rush to my face as he said that. Dan thought I was funny.

"Thanks. You have no idea what that mean to me hearing that from you."

We reach the apartment and I run in front of Dan to hold the door open the door for him. Dan stands outside as I continue to hold the door open for him.

"Come on, Dan."

"No, go ahead. I got it."

"Dan, I swear to God, if you don't go inside, I punch you."

"Fine. Go ahead. Hit me."

"Ugh, your impossible." I still don't know him well enough to hit him without him actually getting mad at me. I walk in with Dan behind me. He winks at me. I laugh and say, "Shut up. Don't even."

We head up to the apartment, and by the time I get up there, I feel like I'm about to cough up a lung. I turn behind me to see Dan having the same problem.

"Are...you...ok?" I ask, gasping for air between each word.

"Yeah...you?"

"Yeah." We begun to half laugh, half gasp for air. "Why are you so...out of breath? You're the skinny one."

"Ha! Being skinny has nothing to do with being fit. Why are you so out of breath?"

"Do you even see this?" I say, confused. "I have strong legs, but my stamina is below 0. I don't exercise."
