"Jen..." She moved her lips down to my neck. I squirmed on the couch. I was trying to think of an excuse as to why we shouldn't have sex.
"Come on, Tay," she giggled. "Why're you being so shy?"
"I, um... I'm on my period." She pulled back and looked at me with a laugh.
"No you're not."
"Well, I could start at any moment."
She chuckled. "You were wanting to have sex just a moment ago."
"Well..." Excuses. Please. "Let's just hang out."
I pushed her off me to sit up and the smile left her face. "Tay, what's really going on?"
"Nothing," I breathed out. "I just don't feel like having sex."
"You're lying to me."
I locked my jaw. "So are you."
Jenna's eyes widened. "What are you talking about?"
"Lynn told me you two fucked after you told me you'd break it off!"
She sighed and rolled her eyes, slouching back on the couch more. She'd gone from confusion to denial in the fraction of a second while I stared down at her from where I stood in front of the couch.
"I knew it," she mumbled.
"Knew what? That you couldn't keep it a secret from me?"
"No, that Lynn dropped by. I knew it as soon as I smelled the perfume."
I laughed in disbelief. "You still know her perfume."
"She's still one of my best friends. I smell it every time we're together. Do you really think we fucked? Tay, I told you I'd break it off, and I did."
"Well... I don't believe you!"
Jenna stood up now, standing over me with a hard look on her face. I tried to regain the angry glare, but I was getting lost in her eyes, my eyes softening. But then I quickly glared at her again. I was angry. I was so pissed off at the fact that Jenna had lied to me.
No words were said. I knew Jenna was upset that I didn't believe her, but I didn't. I could just tell that what Jenna was saying wasn't the truth, and that set me off even more.
"Fine," she said apathetically. "We fucked. I'm sorry."
I set my jaw. "You fucking-"
We were kissing, her hands immediately going for my jeans while mine were gripping her neck. Hate sex sounded really great at this point.
My back smashed against the wall, legs wrapped around her waist, my body throbbing from the slight pain. But I enjoyed it. God, I wanted more. I wanted her to be as rough with me as she could because at this point I was turned on so much.
"Wait...wait..." Jenna pulled her head back from our rough kisses. I groaned a little, wanting to continue. I was so turned on, and then she just stopped. Rude.
"What's wrong?" I asked.
"I... We shouldn't do this. I'm sorry. Tay, I love you, okay? That one time with Lynn meant nothing. We were being stupid."
I took a breath and nodded. "I love you, too. And good thing you stopped. I meant what I said about starting my period soon."
She laughed and shook her head, wrapping her arms around my waist. "I love you so much, Tay."
"I love you, too."
She grinned, carried me back over to the couch and wrapped her arm around me. "Baby, I could fall asleep with you every night." My skin heated up as I smiled. Jenna kissed my neck, intertwined our fingers. "You're mine, okay? I don't want anyone else near you in the way I have you."
