After the events of genin team 14's false test, a large meeting was called, with all ninja level chunin and above given a new letter of clearance. Allowing them complete and free access to all files pertaining to the appearance of Ace.

The full report from Inoichi, the medical reports, Shou's check in reports. All of them, free to browse at their discretion. It was an almost desperate move by the Hokage. The danger of freely offering this information was not unknown to him. The necessity of the situation had forced his hand.

Only a few took up the offer. But the Hokage doubted after reading for themselves what the small girl had gone through that they would be much trouble.

The two boys, Kentaro and Natsu were questioned extensively about the events that had transpired.

The two shared in guilt at the situation, having left their classmate of two years to the hands of some insane Jonin to save themselves. Kentaro chose quietly to quit the path he was on. Shaken by the reality he had come face to face with, he realised that the ninja life wasn't what he wanted.

Natsu was sent back to the academy for another year, so he could fully learn the value of teamwork.

And Ace... Ace was hospitalised once again.

Her room was warmer than it was last time she was here.

She recognised the smell instantly, the feel of the sheets underneath her. Before she even opened her eyes she knew she was back in hospital.

Hushed conversations around her brought her to her senses as she groggily opened her eyes to the scene before her.

As her eyes opened, they were met with another pair of pale purple, that haunting colour that she would never be able to forget.

She scrambles to sit up, flinching away from the sight instantly, panic erupting in her chest, and a tingle shooting up her arms. The sound of static filling the room around them.

"Ace! You're awake!" Naruto cheers, bobbing into her line of sight, breaking her view of the man that had joined them.

She blinks at the boy carefully, her eyes finally darting around at all of the other people inside her room. It was crowded this time.

Kakashi stood quietly near the door with the Hokage by his side, an echo of how she had woken up the first time. Sasuke was close by as well, watching with concern. Sakura stood at his side awkwardly, paying more attention to him than Ace. Obviously having only tagged along to be with Sasuke.

The only stranger stood quietly in the center of the room, away from the crowd who stood more towards the edges of her bed.

He had an air of authority about him, an almost regal essence in the way he held himself. He wasn't Nia.

The sound emanating from her arm disappeared slowly, as it returned to how it had been before, the crackle muffling to silence underneath her bandaged arm.

Everyone was looking at Ace now after Naruto's proclamation.

Kakashi wanders in closer, a soft expression on his face "How are you feeling?" He asks.

Ace glances around the room briefly, "I'm fine." She shrugs, "It's a bit crowded in here huh?" She chuckles to herself.

Kakashi smiles, "You sure have a lot of people who care about you."

His words made Ace pause for a second, really taking a second to look around.

Before she can even appreciate the people who had shown up already, the door burst open with even more. All frantically trying to push past eachother to get through, causing them to become stuck in the doorway.
