here's a few tips on how to stay fit!
ps. a healthy life is a happy life;)-start by throwing away or stop buying junk food. because if you know that you have some in the kitchen, you won't be able to resist & it'll stop you from getting near the body that you want.
-start getting into a sport or start exercising everyday or every other day.
-drink at least 8 cups of water a day, it'll definitely help you in staying fit.
-get a cute water bottle. this might sound stupid or whatever, but trust me, having a cute water bottle will make you want to drink more and more water.
-add fruits or vegetables to every meat or snack you eat.
-cut all candies and junk food, but every once in a while you can give yourself a treat.
-make a workout playlist. so like if you have music artists/bands that you love, download songs that you have never heard before. I also recommend download Zedd remixes bc they're energetic. so when you have a full playlist of songs that you've never heard before, you can judge every song while running and give it a note on 10. I always do that and it helps me get motivation and exercise longer.
