put all those items in a container under your bed or somewhere you'll know where to find it. decorate it all cute and happy, so when you'll need it it'll cheer you up a bit.

-make a playlist (write a list of songs on a paper). the music seriously depends on you. if you're sad, you might want sad music. you can also make a playlist for energetic music so you won't feel that sad anymore.

-make sure you have tissues. wether you're sick or crying, they always help.

-put one or two good books in the container. books are relaxing and they can keep your mind off things.

-one or two candles that smell good and relaxing are perfect. you can enjoy the relaxing smell while you're doing something in this tutorial.

-some good movies.
if you just went through a breakup or something bad related to a boy, then watch some girl power movies, aka movies where girls don't need a guy to be awesome.

-ice cream, chocolate or candies.
do I even need to explain?;)

-an extra pillow or a pillow sheet.
If you're crying on a pillow and you're wearing mascara, you will need that.

-teddy bear.
this may sound childish, but trust me, teddy bears or so soft and comforting, especially if you need comfort.

-your journal.
you can use this for when you're sad or not. writing what happened can help you relieve the stress.
if you don't have a journal or if you simply don't want one in fear of someone reading it, you can use papers. so basically, just write your day on them. then, if you want, you can tear them in tiny pieces and throw them in the trash. make sure it's torn apart in the tiniest pieces, so no one in your family can put them back together;)

-nail polish & nail polish remover.
this is useful for two reasons. if you want to harm yourself, then paint your nails and try doing something distracting. if you already have nail polish on, take it off with the nail polish remover and re apply a new one.

-throw them away!
throw away any blades that you can find, if you have any. you'll mostly make bad decisions that you will regret, just because you're sad.

-papers & a pencil & sharpies/coloring pencils.
doodling/drawing can distract you from harming yourself. you can also draw what you feel:)
