Kiwi Berry Juice:
• blend 1/2 cup water with a peeled kiwi, an apple, and a handful each of raspberries, blueberries, pineapple chunks and ice cubes
benefits: mood boosting

Peanut Butter & Banana Smoothie:
• put a frozen banana, ice cubes, 2 teaspoons of peanut butter, 3/4 coconut milk, and a dash of brewed coffee in a blender until smooth
benefits: gives you energy

Iced Green Tea:
• add 1/2 cup of grapefruit juice, 1 teaspoon of honey, and a squeeze of lemon to a cup of hot green tea. put everything in the fridge (I would do this the day before)
benefits: refreshing & energizing

Cinnamon Latte:
• add milk to a cup of coffee with 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon and a splash of maple syrup
