here are 3 morning workouts.
if you don't know what one of these exercises mean, just look up a tutorial on youtube(:

-workout #1 :
60 second wall-sit
60 second plank
20 burpees
30 mountain climbers
50 plié squats
15 push-ups
50 jumping jacks

-workout #2 :
80 jumping jacks
20 push-ups
40 sit-ups
50 squats
20 lunges (per leg)
60 second wall-sit
60 calve raises

-workout #3
10 burpees
10 crunches
30 second plank
30 second high knees
2 minute jog in place
40 russian twists

tip : put some music while working out. I usually make workout playlists, motivational energetic songs. you can put in your playlist remixes. my favorite type of remixes are Zedd ones:)
