20 burpees
30 mountain climbers
50 plié squats
15 push-ups
50 jumping jacks-workout #2 :
80 jumping jacks
20 push-ups
40 sit-ups
50 squats
20 lunges (per leg)
60 second wall-sit
60 calve raises-workout #3
10 burpees
10 crunches
30 second plank
30 second high knees
2 minute jog in place
40 russian twists
