here are a few tips on eating more healthy food:)
-eat less sugar. try to limit yourself to one treat a day.
-replace a bowl of ice cream with a smoothie. you can also make homemade healthy ice cream (I make some once or twice every week) by putting in a blender the fruits you want and a lot of ice (and a little bit of milk/water/juice so it can blend) and blend it all together.
-replace a bowl of chips with mixed nuts or trail mix.
-food like hemp hearts and chia seeds are super good for you, yet are tasteless in smoothies.
-bake more instead of buying processed food.
-while baking, replace sugar with honey or other natural sweeteners.
-spinach is also tasteless when blended into a smoothie.
-avocados are great in smoothies but also taste great spread on bread or you can cut it in half and put honey in the whole in the middle then eat it with a spoon.
-try using frozen fruits instead of ice in your water bottle.
