DIY : healthy chocolate chips cookies

- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 4 tbsp dark brown sugar, lightly packed
- ½ cup coconut oil
- 1 ½ cups oat flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- pinch of coarse sea salt
-½ cup dark chocolate chips

🍪 › recipe
• combine the vanilla extract, egg, and brown sugar in a bowl. melt the coconut oil and let it cool slightly before adding to the bowl. beat everything together.

• stir in the oat flour, baking soda, and salt until combined and then fold in the dark chocolate chips. then chill for one hour.

• preheat the oven to 350 degrees & using a cookie scoop (pack these in the scoop very tightly or they can crumble), scoop out balls of the dough onto a parchment lined cookie sheet. press in more chocolate chips if desired.

• bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned around the edges. remove and allow to stay on the baking sheet.
