The minute I woke up I was surrounded by my own happiness. As cliché or crazy that sounded, it was true. I held everything in my arms and they left imprints on my bare arms, but I didn't mind. It was natural since I slept with them.

I decided to go with a more punk rock outfit today. It was a purple floral Mickey Mouse t-shirt with black jeans, combat boots, and a skillet bracelet from Regan on my left wrist. My new Uchiha crest bracelet was on my right wrist and my matching necklace from Itachi around my neck.

"Now I'm ready for the day," I said to my mirror after I finished getting ready. Then Regan called me down with the harsh words, "If you don't get down here in two seconds I'll drag you down by the ear!" Which I responded by bolting to the kitchen.

"No need for ear threats Regan!" I rubbed my ears. "You know they're quite sensitive..." I mumbled.

"Well you're gonna have to grab something super quick, cause the warning bell rings in like five minutes. I called Hidan to come pick us up." She mumbled the Hidan part and I smiled. "You're close enough to ask for him to pick you up?" I smirked. I was very aware of the fact that she hated Hidan so k was teasing her.

She made a tch sound and smirked. "As if. He bothers me all the time I figured I might as well throw him a bone or something." I laughed at that. "You're so cruel." I put a hand over and heart as if I'd been stabbed. She only laughed evilly and flipped her hair. "Forever and always bitch!"

It was after school now and me and Regan were at the library waiting for Itachi. He was gonna take is to the cafe so we could have our first day of work.

Me and Regan had never worked before so it was going to be a new experience for both of us. When he opened the door we walked over to him. I gave him a hug and he smiled and hugged me back.

"The necklace looks great on you. I'm glad I decided to give it to you." He touched the necklace on my neck and my breath hitched. Our eyes met for a split second before we turned away from each other. "Let's head out shall we?" He asked.

We nodded. Regan was giving me a creepy look of satisfaction. "W-what?" I asked as we walked out of the library and into the parking lot for Itachi's car.

I of course sat next to Itachi in shotgun. He didn't have any complaints. I had my hand on the arm rest and Itachi kept glancing at us. Strangely the ride was silent. No talking, no radio, nothing. "Something happen? It's oddly quiet?" Itachi stole the words out of my mouth.

"I was just about to say that!" I laughed. Then I looked back at the silent Regab to see her earphones in and looking out the car window. This would be a topic for later.

"Today is training the actually work starts tomorrow if you want to swing by?" I asked Itachi nervously. He nodded. "Sure, I'll ask a few friends and we'll eat there." He added.

-The next day at work-

Me and Regan actually ended up having Hidan drive us today since Itachi had something to do before he came and visited us.

I was angry for two reasons. One, I had to sit in the back while Regan was in the front, and two, yesterday, we realized that our uniforms, actually, make that my uniform was skimpy as hell. It was a short black dress with a cat on the front. It came with cat ears which I didn't complain about, but the dress was slightly too tight and my cleavage and butt were more exposed than I was comfortable with.

Regan was saved by her terrible people skills. Lucky. But at least the cats were sweet. There were four, Delta, Haven, ReRe, and Josh. They were the sweetest things.

When we got there, I thanked Hidan, while Regan entered the cafe. "The guys and I will swing by later!" Then he left.

"Hey girls! You're just on time! We're about to open!" Our boss said. Now what I've learned about him... He's a HUGE pervert.

"Now Ertha, you go get changed, and Regan, you go to the kitchen. All the recipes are back there, and the cookies are already backed you just need to heat them up." We both nodded and went to work.

Despite all the set backs, I was sure this would be a good job.
