Chapter 7: Guilt Friendship

"This is stupid... I can't believe we actually have to go to school." Claire mutters as the four Wonderland children walk down the halls towards the courtyard.

Four periods have already passed and every single one, according to them, was useless. They had no need for learning what the teachers taught, or staying at Auradon Prep.

"If the top hat fit, we wouldn't be here right now," Morgan sighs.

"It's alright guys. We will be in and out of here in no time if one of us can get to be friends with Mal... Actually Mal OR Evie." Aaron starts to say before mumbling the rest.

"Wait what?" Claire asks confused.

"Mal and Evie share a dorm room. If one of us can befriend one of them we can get in and put the camera in no problem!" Aaron finishes explaining.

"Morgan does it!" Claire says almost immediately.

"Why me?" Morgan squeals scared.

"Because you make friends faster... And are slightly less crazy than us." Claire says smirking pointing to herself and the boys.

"Fine... I'll try sitting with them today but if it doesn't work... The tea kettle rests on your stove!" Morgan says walking away towards Mal and the other's table.

Will, Claire, and Aaron all sit down at their own table they found empty. Just as Aaron puts his tray down, someone rushes up to their table.

"You're the new Wonderland kids right? Oh I have heard so much about you guys!... But why exactly are you here?" The girl asks.

"We are here because we were invited." Aaron answers.

"Oh yeah that's cool! Do you think you will end up like the villain kids when they came? Are you going to stay?" The girl asks.

"Umm... We don't know yet and we aren't like the villain kids so it's kinda different... Who are you?" Claire asks slightly confused.

"Oh right... Im Lonnie. Daughter of Mulan." She smiles and waves. Claire notices a pink bracelet on her wrist that catches her eye.

"Nice bracelet..." Claire mutters.

"Thanks! What are all your names?" Lonnie asks them.

"I'm Will, son of the White Rabbit. This is Claire, daughter of the Cheshire Cat. And this is my buddy Aaron, son of Alice." Will replies pointing to each of them. "And then that is Morgan, daughter of the Mad Hatter." He finishes pointing across the table towards where Morgan sat at a table a little farther away.

"Oh yes, I met Morgan. I sit at that table with them... She already told me so much about you in such little time! She is very good with story telling!" Lonnie says smiling.

"Yeah well... I'm sure Morgan has even more stories for you! Now bye!" Claire says waving at her. Lonnie awkwardly walks away.

Aaron mutters something under his breath. Claire raises an eyebrow at him, "What did you say?"

"How do you hear that?" He says looking slightly afraid.

"Im a cat... Better senses... Now what did you say?!" Claire demands.

"Rude..." Aaron coughs.

Claire reaches across the table and punches him in the nose, causing it to bleed.

"Hey!" Aaron yells grabbing a spoon full of what they thought was mashed potatoes and flinging it right at Claire's face. Claire wipes it off her face with her hand and grabs her whole tray and throws it at Aaron who gets his entire white outfit stained with food.

"CLAIRE!" Aaron yells standing up trying to wipe it off.

"Oops sorry... Did I do that?" Claire smirks crossing her arms. Will is just sitting their laughing.

Then with all the commotion at their own table, they didn't even realize Mal, Jay, and Ben were coming over to see what was going on. Some people were staring at them with disapproval.

"What is going on?" Mal says trying not to laugh herself.

"Payback..." Claire mutters.

"Well we really would like it if you DON'T start a food fight here... It's inappropriate." Ben says crossing his arms. That ticked both Will and Claire off.

"Oh really?" Claire says standing up to face Ben and the others. "Well I guess we shouldn't be here then... We might wreck your system of what is and what isn't appropriate." Claire crosses her arms.

"I would think two people turning into animals would definitely be on the inappropriate list..." Will shrugs.

"Wait no that's not what I meant!" Ben says trying to apologize.

"Yes we are very sorry! We didn't mean it that way!" Mal says trying to help Ben out.

"Oh no it's fine..." Claire shrugs. "But you owe us now..."

"Yeah. We took quite a lot of offense from that... Ouch." He says shaking his head.

"Yes of course anything!" Ben says.

Morgan walks over. "All we really wanted was to make a few friends here. Think you can fill your debt in that way?" Morgan says making the slightest pouty face.

"Sure whatever..." Jay replies for them.

"Great!" Will and Claire both say in unison.

"Well cya later!" Morgan says pushing them away.

As they walk away Morgan, Aaron, Will, and Claire all high five eachother.

"This is easier than I thought!" Aaron mutters.
