I'm here! I've finally made it to tomboys parents house! My body was full of joy and excitement, but didn't look like it. Instead I looked like a monster for Halloween, covered in dirt, torn and blood stained clothes and my hair didn't have its luscious flip in it any more, but was now wet down in sweat. My bones ached and screamed, but did I stop? No..

The small house was white and the paint was chipping away from the weather. It was at least 2 stories high and had an old blue ford pick up truck in the drive way. Let's hope someone is home. I limped my way up the porch stairs and went to the front door and knocked with whatever energy I had left in me.

'Crrreeeak'

The old wooden door opened to reveal an old woman that had white hair and an out of style flower dress on.

"Thomas? What on earth are you doing here?" Lucy asked me eyeing me down from head to toe. Her jaw dropped when she realized what condition I was in and covered her mouth with her hand.

"I thought I would drop by for a bit." My voice was quiet and dry and it hurt to even talk.

"What happened to you?!" She questioned and helped me inside the house and into the kitchen.
