War had shaken up the queens domain but right now the older queen was at peace watching her daughter and wife play in the field of flowers. Their land once having high regard for women, the creators of life, the direct link to the Gods,now being pushed low on the totem pole.

These pale people, humans allergic to the sun kiss. Push their customs on the land. Men once holding women valuable now only wanting them for things beyond the mind and heart. The Queen and Queen like her fought valiantly but some still fell.

Later that evening after the Princess was sleep the queens found themselves entwined with one another.

"Mmmmmmmm my Queen" the smaller woman moaned softly as her wife filled her completely. The older woman found times like this to be peaceful, a world away from the world that crumbled outside of their palace walls.

While they lie tangle they plan to leave under the morning light. Run to another land to raise their daughter in peace.






The next morning.....

Their carriage awaited, the older woman helping her child and wife into the carriage.

When a man appeared.

"Queens leaving so soon, with a daughter no less." The man spoke making the woman bones chill. The older Queen bids her wife a daughter a goodbye ignoring their protests.

A fight to the death was the older queens last stance all while watching a family get away to safety.......





























Just outside of Salem, Mass.

The shops keeper check her silver pocket watch checking the time. Seeing it was almost time for supper, she closed up the shop, grabbing her things making her way down the road to a small cottage in the woods that she called home.

"Mama! mama!" Her small daughter greeted her as she walked in the door of her home. Her senses immediately picking up the smell of the stew her wife was cooking.

"Fevers gone I see." The woman touched her daughter's head. Being a herbarian helped for time when the child got sick.

"Oh hello dear, I hope the shop was well." The woman's wife walked into the living area kissing her cheek.

"It was, I'll go get washed up for supper."

After supper the couple spent the night under the cover, sweat littering their skin, each time better than the first.

They'd fall asleep in their cozy home, but never to wake up again. Home burned to the ground. Family accused of witch craft due to the older woman's knowledge of herbs.
