What is that? Where am I?

Argh! I can't take it anymore, eyes, don't fail me now!

My eyes pop open, where I am greeted with a blinding light.

Squinting, my eyes finally adjust. Looking down at my arms, I see wires and IV's stuck in my arms.

Wait..the only place where they'd put IV's in my arms would be..

A hospital! How'd I get here? What's going on?

"You're awake, I see." A voice says, startling me out of my thoughts.

I try turning my head to see who it is, but pain shoots through my neck as I try.

"Don't move, it'll only make the pain worse." The voice says, chuckling.

They walk to where I'm facing.

A doctor.

"I'm doctor Amy, how are you Claudia?" She asks.

"Everything hurts," I say, matter of factly.

"And why am I here?" I question.

"Well, your friend found you face down in a bathroom. You lost a lot of blood." She states.

"Oh, um...where is she?" I question, puzzled.

I can't believe she found me.

I'm such an ass, how could I get her involved in some deep shit like this?

"Your friend, well, she took what happened very..hard I guess. She doesn't exactly want to, um...see you." The doctor tries to say, in a comforting way. Which was not working.

"Oh." Is all I can respond with. She probably hates me completely for this. Damn, I really screwed up now.

To get my mind off of Mac, I ask another question that's lingering on my mind.

"How long do I have to stay here?" I ask.

"Well, you do need a blood transfusion. Then you may need to recover, so about 2 days?" She says as she looks at some papers

"Who's going to give me blood? What if I don't have a donor?" I say, nervously.

"Well, we found someone with the same blood type as you. So you don't need to worry about finding a donor." She replies.
