When I appeared in the cabin, Sarah walked out of the closet and was relived to see me. But there was something different about her...She was different. What was it that was different about her? The clothes for starters. Why was she wearing my clothes? A berry tank and blue jeans shorts with a pair of sliver blinged-out thongs.

"Where have you been? I've been calling out to you for like five minutes..."

I wasn't paying attention to her. I was still on the clothes thing. If she changed her clothes, then that must mean that she and Christian...No! I was getting sidetracked her. Though, if I had to admit it, she looked a hell of lot better than I had when I wore them.

I arched a brow at her. It didn't take long for her to pick up on my suggestion.

"Relax." Sarah rolled her eyes at me.

Good thing Christian wasn't in this room or he wouldn't hesitate to spank you.

"What?" Sarah wondered as she went to the door, opened it, and looked up and down the hallway, closely it softly as she turned to face me.

"Nothing." I shook my head. "So what happened?" My voice was a little higher than intended it to me. I relaxed a little and restarted the question. "What happened?"

"So much..." The way Sarah was looking, something had to have happened. She was looking confused, yet wistful. I still couldn't put my finger on why she was acting so different. It made me want to know even more.

"Are you gonna tell me?"

"Where to begin..." Sarah said softly, quietly. "I thought we would end up at the park for a walk or maybe go for a drink, coffee and I hate coffee, but I never dreamed I'd be on his catamaran."

"Christian was never one to do simple. He liked to impress."

"Well, I was totally impressed with this." Sarah radiated happiness.

Yeah I was jealous.

"Something must have gone wrong."

"I was a klutz."

"A klutz?" I had a feeling it was probably just as bad as me falling into Christian's office. Was that ever mortifying. "What happened?"

"I slipped and fell into the water. Ana, I nearly drowned." Her face was serious and she was quiet for a moment. "If it wasn't for Christian...I would have...I would have died." She quickly wiped a tear that slipped down her cheek.

"Sarah..."

"I can't believe he saved me." Through her tears, Sarah was still able to smile.

I recognized what I couldn't pinpoint before. Sarah was falling in love with Christian. Was he falling for her too?

"What happened after?"

"We came inside to change and things started to heat up between him and me." Her face was turning pink, she was thinking about what happened, what might have happened, what could happen, and a small smile appeared on her face a moment later.

I know how she was feeling, because I felt the same way the first time I met him. My whole world changed in an instant. It looked like her world was changing too.

Christian had a way with women. One look from him and all women are beguiled, bedazzled; we are literally putty in his hands.

"We were in each others arms, all the signs were there, he wanted me, I wanted him, and then he just...he just pulled away from me. He was cold and distant with me after and left the cabin. I don't know what I did wrong."

"Oh my God, Sarah, don't you know he's scared to death to move on." That came out a little to harshly than I intended it to be.

Sarah slid to the floor, tears streaming down her face. "Damn it, Ana, I'm scared too."

"I know..."

I had a feeling Sarah had something on her mind that she wanted to ask me.

"Say it..."

"Ana...Why did you do this?"

I knew what she was asking, but I feign innocence. "Do what?"

"Playing with our heart."

Was I playing with their hearts?

"You're pushing him and me before we are ready."

I knelt down in front of her. "I have thought about those things over and over, Sarah, but I've seen the future, I know what will happen if Christian goes back to his old life. I've seen what kind of man he will become." I stood up pacing back and forth, hoping that she wouldn't ask the question I would have asked me if I were in her shoes.

"What do you mean?"

"It's not important right now.

"It is important." Sarah stood up.

"You're not ready to know that yet."

"If I'm going to be in a relationship with him, I need to know."

"No...It's too much. You're not ready. When the time comes, you will know. Trust me, you will know." I couldn't help but think back to the time Christian showed me his playroom. It was the first time I was with him, the first time he took my virginity. I couldn't help but smile at that. I never knew another man but I didn't need to. He was everything to me. "Come on."

"Where are we going?" Sarah wiped her tears away. "I could show you what would happen if you two don't get together, which will waste your time and mine or you can get your ass out there and go talk to him. Tell him you're scared too; be honest with him. He will be honest with you."

Sarah took a deep breath and let it out as she turned towards the door, opened it, and stepped out into the hallway. She glanced back at me

"I will be with you."

Nodding, Sarah disappeared down the hallway. I followed a moment later. I watched her standing there by the bar watching Christian outside on the deck. He looked so beautiful standing there; quiet, unsure of himself or what to see.

Sarah glanced at me again and I urged her to go to him. She slowly made her way through the saloon to the deck outside.

"Hi..." Sarah finally said.

Christian turned to face her and gave her a small smile, thought it was a nervous smile.

"I think we should talk about what happened." Sarah sat down on one of the benches.

"All right..." Christian sat next to her waiting.

"I know we're moving way to fast..."

"I can't deny that."

"But I like you, Christian." Sarah started fidgeting with her hands. Christian placed his hands on hers, reassuring her. "It wasn't until I was in your arms that realized just how much I liked you."

Christian closed his eyes, reliving that moment, and he opened them again, relieved that she was sitting next to him. "When I saw you like that..."

"I know..." Sarah placed her hand over his. "I know you feel the same way."

Christian took a shaky breath and let it out. It was like he was reminded of the time when he told me loved me in his own way.

"Yes, I do."

"I want to continue to get to know you better, but I think we need slow things down a bit."

I watched Christian closely. It was as if a light bulb went off in his head and a realization hit me, he had no intention of slowing down the relationship. He was going to do what he could to romance her. And he was going to start with sailing.

"Come on."

"Where are we going?"

"We're going to take her out sailing."

I guess that was my cue to leave the two of them alone. I disappeared.
