Previously:I wanted to say my heart broke completely but the problem was my heart had broken a long time ago. I had nothing left so finally the broken pieces turned to ashes and flew away."Do what?” I stuttered. “Leave” He whispered walking out the door. Alijah and Janely stepped to the side and let him passed. I just closed my eyes and waited to hear the door slam that eventually it didI pounded my fist on the floor until Janely stopped me. She turned me around and held me tight. “Just calm down Aldabella things will get better I promise you” She whispered.Things weren’t going to get better. This was how it all started this was the beginning to my worst nightmare. And the sad part was I am the bad person in it.

I grabbed the hair dye from the bathroom and I begin coloring my hair back to its blonde color. I was still sobbing and my body finally began aching from the pain it was going through. Alijah grabs the bottle of dye from my hand and settles it down on the counter.

Tears kept rolling down my face while my lip trembled. Alijah wraps his hands around me and he hugs me tight. I bury my face in his shoulder and I cried quietly.

“Give him time” He whispered in my ear.

Jeydon didn’t need time he needed to get as far away from me as possible. He doesn’t want to see me anymore you could clearly see it by the way he looked at me. I was so stupid thinking this could actually work. That I could really brake his heart.

“I’m done crying for him” I told Alijah turning around and pouring the dye in my hair. Alijah stares at me giving me the look if I was sure of that.

I nodded. “I don’t want nothing to do with him anymore if he wants to talk then fine if not then life still goes on” I whispered staring at the corner of the mirror. A picture of Jeydon and I laughing was stuck at the corner of the mirror. I yanked it off and I slammed it face down.

I turned around and I stared at Alijah. “No more tears” Alijah sighed. “Alright” He smiled and stepped out the room.

“No more tears” I kept repeating to myself as I finished dying my hair.

The night seemed to go so slow. I picked up the pictures that Jeydon had dropped and I stuck them back in the box. I threw the box under my bed I wasn’t planning to stare at those pictures anymore.

Days went by and Jeydon and I avoided each other as possible. We walked past each other and we were just strangers. Every now and then we would stare at each other but then we would look away.

“Hey beautiful” Alex smiles grabbing me from behind. I glance up at him and I smile at him.

“Hello there stranger” I responded turning around.

“You ready?” He asked grabbing my books out of my hand. I nodded. “Let me just run to the library and check out a book I need for Bio class”

“Alright ill wait for you here” He smiles. I nod at him and I run down the hall into the library.

Ms.Jensen smiles at me. “Well hi there Aldabella you dyed you hair?”

I nod. “Yea, it was time for a change” I told her. I turn to my side and I see Jeydon standing beside me. He hadn’t realize I was beside him. He was too busy listening to music.

I turn my gaze back to Ms.Jensen. “I came to pick up my Bio book”

She nodded. “Here you go” She hands me the book and it slips out of my hand falling on the floor.

Jeydon grabs my book and he hands it to me. I stare straight in his eyes and he freezes. I gulped. I grab the book out of his hand.

“Thanks” I told him and I leave running out the Library. I see Alex waiting patiently by my locker. He smiles at me as I stop by him.
