I sat in between Carlos and Jay, picking at my food. We all sat in silence.
"Hey," Ben walked over. "How is everyone?"
I glared at the food in front of me. No one answered.
"Yeah?" Ben put an arm on my shoulder. "It's nothing, alright? Everything's fine, it's nothing. Forget about it. Let it go. Tomorrow after the coronation, I promise, everything will be okay. I mean all of you, I promise."
He nodded with a poker face. "I have to go" he whispered. He kissed the top of my head and left.
He walked away. Doug wanted to talk to Evie, but Chad dragged him back. Tears fell down my face that I covered with the palms of my hands.
Audrey and Jane purposely walked by Me, gossiping. Audrey said, "How long do they think they're going to last? Maddie and Mal are just some bad girl infatuations."
"Yeah," Jane said and then leaned down to our table, making sure we could hear them. "There's no way Ben is going to make some villains, queens."
They walked away, laughing. Mal and I glared.
Mal opened her spell book, trying hard to make sure her tears don't fall. "Beware, forswear, undo Jane's hair."
Mal looked back and it turns out that Jane's hair was once again in a short, black bob cut. Lonnie checked her hair, but it was still perfect.
I said, "Mal, you forgot one. Give me the spell book."
She smirked and handed me the book.
I said, "Beware, forswear, undo Lonnie's hair."
Mal said, "There's a lot more where that came from."
I said, "I never liked you."
"Excuse me," Audrey said, "Who do you people think you are?"
We all said, "Criminals."
Mal said, "What? Do you think we're kidding?"
I stared at them making my brown eyes turn green.
Mal flipped through pages in her book.
All the girls ran off. Sucks for them cause my eyes go green even though they won't do anything.
I said, "I'm REALLY looking forward to tomorrow."
Mal said, "Let's grab that want and blow this Popsicle stand."
We all walked away from our table and Maleficent, was I ready to get rid of this.
