Lestrade's POV
Scoutt is so precious and I am actually enjoying watching over her. I do wonder though if Sherlock's awake. I hope they come home soon, Scoutt is really missing her daddies.
'Ring, ring'
"Hello John, is Sherlock awake?" I say answering my phone.
"Yes Gavin, I'm awake ." I hear Sherlock say. John must have put me on speaker phone.
"How are you Sherlock?" I ask.
"Fine." Sherlock says .
"Sherlock!" I hear John say in the background .
"Oh alright. John thinks it is important that I inform you on my medical status. Today I was diagnosed with lung cancer." Oh no . Sherlock........ Why?
"Oh and I also don't remember anything past February 2014." Sherlock adds.
Oh poor Sherlock. So this means he doesn't remember Magnussen or Moriarty coming back. Or Mary dying or Scoutt.
"John." I say hoping he know to take me off speakerphone. I then hear a slap.
"Sorry Lestrade , but whatever you are going to say to John you will have to say to me too. "
"Ok so John, does he not remember the things?" I ask.
"No." John replies .
"What 'things'?" I hear Sherlock ask. I then start laughing , but then I remember Scoutt so I grab a pillow to muffle my laughing , but it was to late. Scoutt starts crying.
"John, what is that?" I hear Sherlock ask John.
"Sorry boys , I have to go, bye." I say and then I hang , leaving John to explain .
