Ethan's POV

It was 6 in the morning and I turn over and see Cadence curled up in a little ball with her back facing me.

I wonder why I ever did the things I did to her because honestly she is innocent. She hasn't done anything wrong.

I have to get up for school but I don't really want to go. I want to just stay right where I'm at.

I bet she is tired from everything that I have done and I feel terrible! I noticed last night that she is very precious! She is just a girl that has done nothing but gets treated badly.

She slowly turns over where her face is close to mine. I don't want to back away because I don't want to wake her. I guess that's my excuse.

I don't want her to leave to go to LA, I mean I go there a lot but it's better if she is just here where I know she is safe.

What am I talking about! I have hurt her so many times, she would honestly be better in LA but now I am going to try to change that because it's not okay. Looking at what her home life was, I see that she had a lot of things going on.

I couldn't help myself but just to stare at her. She looked so tired from everything and she just wants to be free. It's like she has been locked up forever and she was never feed.

I'm not going to school today.

Cadence's POV

It was around 6:20am and I flutter my eyes open to see Ethan staring right at me.

"Don't you have school today?" I tell him.

"I'm not going," Ethan said back.

"You need to go to school!"

"I would rather stay here and help you," Ethan said.

"Why? You don't even care about me! You are always rude to me, you hurt me and don't you see I have had enough okay," I said.

A tear started to run down my face. I couldn't take it any longer! He should've slept on the couch and left before I even got up!

The problem is is that I don't know what to do. I am 15 and have no parents I am a orphan and I don't want to live with people that I don't know.

"Cadence I am sorry, please let me stay with you until you leave." He begged.

"Why?" I said.

"Because there are things you don't know and-" I cut him off.

"What do I not know?" I said getting up off the bed.

"Cadence I like you! I don't know why I did those things! They were never funny! I did it because Grayson did it and I know I'm older but I follow in Grayson's steps. He thought it would be funny one day to prank you and I liked you a lot then and the prank turned out to be more then what I expected and then I lost the feelings and I just realized they are back again!" Ethan yelled.

I don't know what to say, this is a lot to take in. My bully likes me?
