5 Months Later

(Okay we are going 5 months ahead, so now it's winter)

Cadence's POV

"It's so cold! It's Los Angeles it shouldn't be this cold what the hell!" I said to myself waiting outside the airport.

"Cadence!" I hear someone yell, sounded like ETHAN!!!

I take off running to them but I see a girl with them? I grabbed both of them for a hug.

"Oh my god I missed you guys so much! It's been so boring without you guys here!" I said.

I looked at Ethan who was smiling like a freak and then Grayson who was looking down at the floor.

"So who's this?" I try to say kindly.

"Go ahead and tell her Grayson, she'd like to know," Ethan said really snotty like they were both in a fight with each other.

"This is my g-girlfriend Peyton," he said rubbing the back of his neck.

"Oh."

That is all I could say.

In the 5 months that he has gone away he has forgotten everything that happen before he left. I can't believe this. It's like someone took an arrow and shot it right through my heart.

Ethan looked at me.

I gave him a fake smile but he know my fake smiles. He just winks and me and starts walking past me but grabs my hand.

Why. Grayson is a-a liar, all he said that night wasn't true! Why did I fall for that shit.

Just remember Cadence you are a changed person.

"Are you staying at my apar-" I was cutoff by Grayson.

"We are going to a nice hotel so no need," Grayson said walking to a taxi.

"Why?" I whisper.

I felt a tear escape, rolling down my cheek. The tear was freezing because of how cold it is outside. I just can't get it through my head! Why!

Ethan wraps his arms around me.

"We can talk about it when we get to your much nicer apartment then there nasty ass hotel," Ethan said making me laugh.

"There is actually a lot of things that happen, like about them two and Jack-" I cut him off.

"Jack?"

"Oh yeah you know how we all made a big ass deal about it, yeah he just went home, he made everyone worry but when I got back to New Jersey I saw him skating down my road!" Ethan said.

"Wow," I laughed.

"Hey is cold out here, let's go to your apartment," he said heading to my car.

I followed him. Maybe Ethan has changed, Grayson obviously did....

He goes to the trunk and I go on the drivers side to pop it open so he could put all of his stuff up.

"Ethan I need to tell you something, I moved to a new apartment that has 2 bedrooms... What I thought it would've been me and Grayson in one and then you in the other, but now," I trailed off.

"I'm sorry," he said coming over to me to give me a hug.

I wrap my arms around his neck and he wraps his arms around my torso. Standing on my tippy toes, reminding me of when Ethan and Grayson left.
