Getting Ready

Cadence's POV

The plan I am going to try to go with is getting my own apartment and pay for my own bills but with the help of Amanda of course!

I decided to not sell the car and just drive down there. It's going to take like a week but it's better then not having something to take you where you need to go.

I still need to call Aunt Amanda. It's weird calling her Aunt Amanda because I normally call her Cerny. We are more like sisters even though she is my aunt.

My mom and dads body's are still downstairs. I don't know what to do with Ethan. This is all just a lot!

Ethan went somewhere in the house but I don't really care because it's not my house anymore. But I really need to talk to him.

"Ethan," I yell.

He comes in here fast like I was hurt of something and I don't know why.

"What are you doing?" I ask him.

"Well I am going to go through your mom and dads stuff. You never know there might be stuff hidden in there that you don't know about and it might be worth a lot of money," Ethan said.

"Well whatever you find show me because you might be able to have it."

"Oh sweet, thank you!" He said excited.

"I said might do keep that in mind because if it's really special to me I'm keeping it because I'm not coming back once I leave," I said shrugging my shoulders.

He went out of the room and I decided to call Cerny to see what I can do. I really what to be able to move my duff into the car today! I can't stay here another day!!!

*phone rings*

Cerny: hello
Me: hey is Cadence and I just wanted to say that my mom well your sister has killed herself and my father. So I am an orphan and I need to move far away from here. I was wondering if I could move down there into my own place and pay for it but you say that your living with me?
Cerny: Oh my lord, your there alone! Also yes of course you can come here. I am really sorry Cadence that you had to be there.
Me: well they hated me anyway so I guess that it's all good.
Cerny: How are you getting down here?
Me: I am going to drive so I have a car that I can drive down there.
Cerny: You realize that is a really long drive!
Cadence: Yes a very long drive but it's worth it. Plus I can take more stuff than getting on a plane.
Cerny: Ugh okay.
Me: thank you so much! I can't wait to see you!!
Cerny: Did they leave you any money?
Me: Yeah a lot so I will be good.
Cerny: Okay love you!
Me: Love you too. See you in about a week.

I was happy that this can happen! I can't wait to be free! I need to start packing because I want to leave now! I want to be in LA now!

"What about this?" Ethan comes in and says.

He comes in with a necklace that looked very expensive.

"You know what, we will go to a pawn shop to see how much everything you can find is and I guarantee you could have all the money." I say.

He was pretty much jumping for joy.

"Also um, Ethan," I say and he turns around.

"A couple of days ago, you wanted to rip my face off and now you like me? I am very confused." He looked down while I was saying this.

"Well I was kinda mad at something else at the time and my feeling came back two nights ago and it hit me pretty hard that I hurt someone that I needed to protect and it hurts me to see you hurt and everyone is just hurting. Also it is true that I like you and I lost the feelings but there back and I feel horrible! I can't stand seeing you leave! I don't want you to! How are you going to go to school? Where are you gonna work? Who are you gonna be with? It hurts that I would see you again and I know your probably happy but I not, my feelings are let down. Just the thought of never seeing eachother again is horrible! I don't care if my brother makes fun of me that I like you because my feelings aren't going to chan-" I cut him off by slamming my lips into his.

"Maybe you should calm down and have hope!" I say while he is standing there in complete shock.

"Also to answer your questions, I will be doing online school, also I'm not going to work because I have a lot of money, and I don't know who I will end up with. I am hoping someone that loves me for who I am and doesn't push me around and helps me through everything I am going through and it would be amazing to have new friends down there!" I say leaving the room.

I go to the kitchen to say goodbye so I don't have to do it later. I went back up into my room seeing Ethan blocking my closet.

"You not going!" He said.

"Yes I am."

"No."

"Ethan I can't stay here! It's time for me to go. To be set free! If I stay here another minute I will kill myself just like my parents!"

"Can I come?" He said moving out of the way from the closest.

"Sure," I said playing around.

"REALLY!" He said getting excited and happy.

"Well...." Maybe it would be better if he came.

No he can't! I need a break from everyone here.

"Maybe we will see eachother again," I shrug.

"Oh okay," he said letting out a deep breath.

"Maybe I could stay here one more night," I said with a smirk.

"Really!" He got happy again.

"Yeah but I don't want to stay in here."

"We could st- well you could stay in a hotel." He said correcting himself.

"WE could stay in that hotel down the street," I said making sure he hear the WE part.

"We?" I heard him mumble.

"Yes, we. I need to do a lot of things and I could use the help I guess."

"Okay I am happy to help," he said smiling.

It was different that he was actually being nice. I feel like he was doing this for something but I am pretty sure that it wouldn't bother me bea did I am use to it.

I got all of my suitcases out and started to pack them up. I really needed new cloths because most of them didn't fit. I could use the money that I have been saving up and go shopping. We are going to the mall!

Also my friend was skimming over the last chapter and said who Candace? I don't want to get This confused it's Cadence, like Caden just with a Ce at the end and I'm not frond of the name Candace😕
