The Package

Cadence's POV

I woke up next to Grayson laying in his arms. They were wrapped around me like he was protecting me. I stretch to try to wake him up because I don't want Ethan seeing me with his brother like this!

Even though I kinda liked being in his arms I had to get out! He started to wake up.

"Good morning," he said smiling at me.

I smiled back and got up.

"Morning!" I said scratching my head.

I went to see Ethan because didn't want him to fight Grayson because we both fell asleep close to each other on the couch.

I walk into my room to see Ethan still sleeping but his body is in a star covering the whole bed.

I giggle to myself and then took a picture because I couldn't pass this up!

I don't want to wake him up but I have to because we have to go to the Digi Practice and it starts in an hour and a half.

Should I wake him up nicely or should I jump on him?

Jumping sounds like a better idea!

I stand on the bed getting ready to jump but I move slow so I don't wake him up.

Ethan's POV

I know what she is doing, I already had a plan.

Right as soon as she jumps I'm going to move and then give her a big hug! She has always tried to be sneaky but she is bad at it.

I feel her kick off from the bed and into the air. I swiftly move to the other side of the bed so she wouldn't land on me.

When she landed i quickly go into a big bear hug and laugh, she giggles.

"How did you hear me?" Cadence asked smiling.

"You aren't very sneaky?" I laughed kissing her neck.

"What do you guys want from breakfast?" Cadence asked.

"PANCAKES!" Me and Grayson scream at the same time.

Cadence puts her hand over my mouth covering it so I can't scream anymore. I lick her hand and she pulls away quick!

"Ew! Why did you do that?" She asked wiping her hand on her covers on the bed.

"You were covering my mouth, what else was I going to do?" I said chuckling.

"You could've just tickled me or something else," she said smiling.

God. That smile. Amazing.

I smirked. She knew what was coming because she gave me the idea to tickle her on propose.

I get on top of her and grab her hands and I put them above her head so I could tickle her.

"Ethan-Stop-Stooopp!" She says in between laughs.

I get off of her quickly and run out of her room to hide.

"I can find you!" I hear her yell.

I went into the living room and saw Grayson with his head in the pillow and he was laying in this stomach.

"Dude get up and hide!" I say while shaking him.

"Okay, OKAY! Now stop shaking me!" He said getting up.

"Go hide!" I said pushing him.

I lay down in the same position that Grayson was in before I made him get up.

I hear Cadence's footsteps come closer to me. I couldn't help but smile.

"Grayson get up and help me find Ethan!" She said walking past me.

Haha it worked!

I didn't move because I didn't want her to see me.

"Haha found you!" I hear her yell.

"Wait what?" She said shortly after.

I get up fast and run back into her room and lay on her bed.

I hear her footsteps come closer, and closer, and closer.

"Very funny!" She says and I know she is crossing her arms by the way she said it.

I lay still ignoring her.

"Ethhhaaannnn!!!" She wines.

"Come onnnnnnn!"

I lay still.

Cadence's POV

Well if he isn't going to get up I know something that an make him get up.

I get all of the ingredients out to start cooking breakfast for the twins even though I really didn't want to.

Moments like this make me feel all grown up and stuff like that. It is very different and new but it's a good feeling.

*bang bang*

I hear someone banging on the door, I went to see who it was but Grayson got the door first.

The person have him a package and then Grayson closes the door.

"Uhh Cadence, this is for you."

I walk over to Grayson who is holding the package with a weird look on his face.

"What is it?" I asked him.

He pointed at the note.

The note:

Dear Cadence,
Here is something to remember your
father bye! See you soon!

The letter was short but said so much! I open the package quickly.

"The gun!"
