(Doctor comes to visit Siya during lunch)

A-Wut: Siya ma'am, a doctor named Amara has come to meet you.

Siya Singhania: Tell her I'm busy.

(A-Wut goes outside and tells Amara)
A-Wut: Siya ma'am is busy right now, she can't meet you.
