Chapter 11 Brooks POV
Awkward silence overtook the table and thankfully Tegean interjected
"Well at least he's okay right"
he smiled and put his hand out for a firm shake I clasp it and smile.
"My point exactly lets let go of the past" I said all to eagerly
"Agreed" Briland said.
I brought my arm around her shoulder and hugged her tight.
"Dawww ain't that cute T" Braden said while looking at Tegean.
"It is my brethren"
We all begin to laugh I like this dude he's cool Ambreèlla gave a look to the boys.
"To all thy brethren I bid you good day because I'm leaving the cage today"
Leah, Briland, and I looked confused.
"Your leaving today" they boys say in unison.
I raise an eyebrow still utterly confused.
"Yeah school starts back up the day after tomorrow and I'm in the clear"
Everyone stares at the three Ambreèlla then stood up and said goodbye to us.
Tegean followed after and we all say goodbye.
I saw them lock hands in the distance as they turned the corner.
I look back at the group as I see Leah looking at the time.
"I gotta go to guys I have to see if I'm in the clear as well it was nice meeting you Braden"
"I'll text you two later" she said pointing to Briland and I
She gets up and pushes her morplhine down the cafeteria.
It was just Braden, Briland, and I.
I really wanted him to leave to so I can be with my girl.
"It seems that the party has left and I don't want to thrid wheel so duces see yall"
Yess I'm all alone with Briland.
I stood up and began walking back to my room
"Babe"
"Yeesss" Briland replied playfully
"Lets go out to night you and me, against the world how's that sound"
She stoped and turned to look at me a
"Well well" she says.
"I suppose I have nothing better to do" she rolls her eyes childishly
I pull her close and kiss her
"God dang it girl" I say aloud
"what?" Briland ask
"I'm madly in love with you" I respond.
