*1 Week Later*

Today is the first day of school. Since I got my driverse lincense, I get to drive myself. JJ rode with Sam. Ari rode with me. I picked her up on the way. I walked through the school. I missed Gray already and he left a few days ago. What am I gonna do without him??

Lots of guys were trying to get with me. I'm just glad, I had Ari with me. I don't know what I'd do without her. "Hey Beautiful." One guy said to me. "Hi." I actually replied. "My name is Josh but, you can call me your boyfriend." He laughed. "Oh. Won't your girlfriend be mad?" I joked. "I'm very single, pretty lady." He touched my face. "You doing that will make my boyfriend mad." I said. Then he kissed me. I pushed him off. "Doing that Will make my boyfriend mad." I told him. "Really? You mean, your imaginary boyfriend?" That really pissed me off. "You know what? You're a complete asshole, who tries to get anybody that's got boobs, pants. I actually do have a boyfriend. Dick head." I walked away.

I felt to strong arms wrap around me. I turned around. "GRAYSON!" I yelled. "Yes, babe. It's me." He smiled. "Come with me. Josh has got some major apologizing to do." I muttered. I walked over to Josh. I tapped his shoulder. Josh wasn't very tall. Grayson wasn't either. "Ah. Is this your boyfriend?" Josh asked. Grayson was taller than Josh. "Yes I am." Grayson said, towering over Josh. Josh ran away, screaming.

*AFTER SCHOOL*

"Okay, if you think you'll make it. Think again. There is one spot op-" Annie began. Jana whispered something in Lexie's ear. "Actually we have two spots open." Lexie sounded angry. Some girls were before me.

"NEXT!" Annie called out. I ran up there. I don't do cheerleading. There's just no gymnastics. "Hi." I said. "You need to fill out one of these." Annie said. "Already did." I handed her My sheet. "Do a standing back tuck." Jana said. "Is a standing backhand spring, back tuck, okay?" I asked and I didn't wait for a respond.

"Do a round off, double backhand spring, double back tuck, lay out twist." Annie said. I started. I did my round off, double backhand spring, double back tuck, lay out twist. I mixed it up. I did a lay out double twist.

Everyone looked amazed. Including Annie and Jana. "Can you yell?" Lexie asked. "YOU SEE CHEERLEADING SUCKS! I CAN STICK MY BACK TUCK! THERE IS NO GYMNASTICS AT THIS SCHOOL! MAYBE CHEERLEADING IS KINDA COOL!" I screamed. Annie and Jana glared at me. Lexie said, "YOU'RE IN!" I looked at Ari, who already tried out. She gave me thumbs up. The judges talked and I texted my group chat.

Anna: I MADE THE CHEERLEADING SQUAD!!

Cam: You don't strike me as a cheerleading girl

Anna: There was no GYMNASTICS

Grayson: I AM PROUD OF YOU

Hayes: Yay! My biffle made the squad!

Nashy: Good job Baby Girl!

Ethan: Whatever

Ethan is a big jerk. "Okay Girls! We've decided on the last spot." Lexie told us. "Ariana Phillips! Welcome to the team." A male cheerleader said. Yay! Ari and I made the team. "Sorry everyone who didn't make it but, we need you to leave." Annie said. Ari and I walked over there.

"Hi, girls. I'm Jacob T and that's Jacob C." Jacob T said, pointing to another guy. Another guy walked in. "Hi Guys! I'm here." The boy said. It was Ethan. OMG! It was Ethan Dolan. "Hi Ethy Poo." Annie said, walking over to him. "Who is this amateur?" Lexie asked Annie. "This is the last minute person I told you about. The one who is 'A Game Material' The one who will fill in the third spot." Annie told everyone. "The third spot?" Lexie asked. "I didn't tell you because, you would've let Some loser take Ethan's spot." Annie pouted. What a Bitch. Perfect for Ethy Poo. Yuck.

"YOU CANNOT LIE TO ME, Annie." Lexie yelled. "You need to tell me everything." She pulled Annie aside. I didn't eavesdrop. I mean, she's my new cheer captain.

Ari walked over to me. "ETHAN IS A CHEERLEADER?" She whisper yelled. "Apparently. I doubt he's any good." I said and turned to see Ethan doing the exact same move I had to do. OMG! He is good. Shit. I texted Grayson.

Anna: YOUR BROTHER IS A CHEERLEADER???

Grayson: Apparently

Anna: Apparently, he got a "reserved" spot on the team by Annie. The school's Bitch

Grayson: When will you be home?

Anna: 6:30

Lexie walked back over to us. "Practice is going to be cut a little short today. Y'all can go home now." She smiled. I grabbed my bag and Ari and we walked to my car.

Anna: Change of plans. Be home soon

"Thanks so much for dinner." I said to Mrs. Johnson. "Of course sweetie. I have some news from the court." She sighed. "What is it?" I asked. "They're not letting us adopt you for 2 years." She looked down. "What do you mean?" I started crying. "They said, you have to live with us for 2 years before we can even come close to adopting you." JJ sighed. This is terrible. I want to be adopted now. I ran upstairs.

I screamed into my pillow. Why me? Why couldn't they do this to some rich girl? Why choose me? I walked into the bathroom. "I've missed you." I said to my razor. I closed the door and made cuts along my arms and my stomach. No bikinis for a little bit. When I was done, I cleaned up my cuts and bandaged them. I heard a knock on the door.

"Be done in a sec." I told them. "Okay Babe. I'll be downstairs." Grayson said. I finished and grabbed a long sleeve sweatshirt to hide the cuts. I walked downstairs. "Hey Gray." I smiled. "Hey babe." He kissed me. We walked upstairs to my room.

"You know what I want to do?" Grayson asked. "Something fun." I winked. We looked at each other. Grayson smirked and I bit my lip. "MOVIE NIGHT!" We both screamed. I went to Netflix and turned on The Breakfast Club. Best movie ever.
