Chapter 74

Alexis's POV



Tinawagan ako ni Night gamit ang phone ni Noah. Nakampante ako dahil alam kong ligtas na sila. Aalis na sana ako ng pinigilan ako ni Chase. Kanina pa ito hindi mapakali dahil wala kaming naging balita simula pag alis ni Night.

"Where are you going?" natatarantang tanong niya.

"Gym, andun na sila Night at Noah." Saad ko

"Can I come with you?" tanong niya wala na akong magawa kundi isama siya baka mapano pa siya at lagot ako kay Night. Kinuha ko ang motor ko.

"Hop in." saad ko, sumakay naman siya. "Hold tight!" saad ko at nagpaharurot papuntang Gym.


Nakarating na kami and I saw Baby AXCEL, Night's motorcycle. Puno ng dugo. Nakita ko ang gulat sa mga mata ni Chase. Masanay ka na Chase you're in the territory of Angels of Death. Pumasok kami sa loob at dumerecho sa HELL our own prison with torture.


"B-Babe..." tawag ni Chase kay Night, kita ko pagod si Night. Ginagamot niya si Noah. At nakita namin si Drake na duguan at walang malay nakakulong sa INFINITY a room filled with torture. Pag hahawak ka sa metal bars makukuryente ka at pag tutupakin si Night pwede ding kumuryente ang buong silid.


"Glad you're okay Night." Saad ko tumango lang siya

"Gamutin mo siya Alex, baka maimpeksyon ang sugat niya." Utos ni Noah.

 

"A-Ako na..." mahinang sabat ni Chase. Binigay ko sa kanya ang first aid kit.

"Why are you here?" seryosong tanong niya kay Chase

"I'm worried." Tipid nitong sagot. Bumuntong hininga si Night.

"Don't be... I can handle myself" saad ni Night at tinapik siya sa likod. Tumayo siya at may kinuhang baseball bat. "Take him home Alexis." Seryosong saad nito. I know she doesn't want Chase to see this part of her.

"I'll stay here." Matigas na saad ni Chase, nakita ko umiba ang ekspresyon ni Night.

 

"I'm not in the mood for an argument Chase." May diing saad niya


"Tara na, Chase!" naiinis na tawag ko sa kanya.

"No!" bulyaw niya, nanginginig ang boses sa galit at sakit. "I know you're used to doing whatever you want, Night! Fine... I get it, you're new to this, you don't know how to deal with it. But can't you at least try? Just once... let us in! Because every time you push us away, every time you shut us out... it feels like you don't even want us there. And it hurts, Night. It hurts so damn much!" saad ni Chase at hinila ako paalis.

"Try to understand her" mahinahong saad ko


"I do. But I hope she does too." Malungkot na saad niya at pekeng ngumiti. Hinatid ko na siya sa bahay nila tita Maxine. Dahil nandun din si Tito Lhorton at hindi pwedeng iwan ko siyang mag-isa sa bahay nila at baka anong mangyari.

"Where's Lenzey?" nag aalalang tanong ni Tita Max sakin.


"She's with Noah Tita, don't worry she's safe." I smiled at her. Tumango siya.


"Text me if everything went wrong." Saad niya at pumasok na siya sa opisina niya.


Babalik na sana ako sa Gym ng nakita ko papasok si Night.



"Si Chase?" mahinang tanong niya. Makikita mo ang pagod sa mga mata niya. I sighed.


"Take a rest. Bukas na kayo mag-usap." Saad ko. She sighed and went straight to her room. I never see her like this. Even when they had a relationship with my brother. I received a text.


I know that you hate me. But I still hope you'd come. I will wait for you Lex, I always will. I miss you...


Midnight's brother. He always texts me and I tend to ignore all of it. He and I are over. Not because I hate him, but because I love him so much. And I wouldn't want him to get hurt. I can't afford if anything happens to him. I texted Damon.


Inom? Tambayan lang...


I didn't wait for his reply nagbihis ako ng plain white shirt at cargo pants. At umalis na papunta sa tambayan namin ni Night. Nakita ko si Damon dun na umiinom.


"Took you long enough." He said binatukan ko lang at umorder ng vodka. "Boy problem?" tukso niya


"Shut up!" nilagok ko ang isang baso at nagpasalin ulit.


"By the way, is BP okay?" tanong niya. I raised a brow. What kind of question is that? he should know it... he knows her capabilities. He just laughs at my reaction. "Tell her that I have the information." What information?


"What..." hindi na niya ako pinatapos

"Confidential... BP's orders." He said and raised a glass.


What are you up to again, Midnight? You always do things on your own... and it drives me crazy. Do you even realize how reckless you look? I'm scared, Midnight. Scared that one day, in all your stubbornness, you'll end up getting hurt... and I won't be able to stop it.


I sighed. Nagkwentuhan nalang kami at syempre inom ng inom. Damon nevers get drunk kahit abutin kami ng umaga hindi ito malalasing. When it's already 2 am I decided to go home.


"I'll go ahead. May pasok pa kami bukas." Saad ko at nag paalam sa kanya. He just waves me goodbye at dumirecho na ako pauwi at natulog pagkarating ko.
