You missed Liam; you realized this more while on the tube with Josh. You were best friends, but he was in Ireland, and you hadn’t seen him since last year when he came to see you for a month around your birthday. You talked all the time though, nearly as much as your best friends in London, it was just that Liam was in Ireland, so it was hard talking to him but not being with him. Your closest friend Alice had met Liam properly at your birthday party, and soon after that, they started being more than friends. Liam was so nice to her, he treated her like royalty, but in the end Liam had to go back home, so they called it off. The three of you were always talking, you had regular three way Skype calls, and you were best friends. Liam was due to come back over to England in a few months, so the three of you would be reunited.

Alice was excited to see Liam again, especially as they used to have something. She didn’t think it would happen again, but that was fine with her. At the moment, she was ok with being friends. You and Alice had been friends since you were 4 or 5 years old (you being a year older), and most of the time you were inseparable.  It was Alice that got you into YouTube, but you never watched all of her favorite vloggers, only Zoe really, a few others on the side. Alice had moved to London a few months earlier than you to pursue her dream of being a YouTube Vlogger, but in the end, she never stuck at it. Instead, she took Dance at college and was a talented athlete. Before you moved to London, there was a flat available in her building, so without hesitation you took it, and when Josh, Ben and Liam showed you to your flat, Alice was there waiting to say hello. She couldn’t stick around to join the four of you, but she was glad you weren’t alone.

While Alice took Dance, you took Drama and enrolled in the same college. Once again, you were always together. She knew your troubles with Ben, and understood why you had to stay with someone else, but you never told her who…

“CASPAR LEE?!?!?!?” Alice screamed down the phone when you told her to meet you at his apartment. Josh chuckled to himself as he could hear her loud and clear without the need for the speaker on. “Yes, that’s where I’ve been staying. Look, Al, I’ll just text you the details, it’s easier.” You sighed. There was silence down the line. “Alice?” you said, checking she was still there. Still silence. Just before you hung up, there came a casual reply. “Don’t bother texting me, ______, I have his address already. W-Wait, DON’T TELL HIM THAT OK?” she begged. You laughed and hung up, turning to Josh as he helped get together your things. You got off the tube and Josh helped you carry your things to Caspar's.

As you walked, Josh turned to you with a smile on his face. “I thought it would be Caspar you were staying with, after you left the party the other night, he ran out following you” Josh winked. You rolled your eyes and carried on walking. In front of you, a brown, wavy haired girl ran towards the building you were heading to.  She looked so childish, and you had to take a moment to stop and laugh at her behavior. “Alice!!!” you screamed, still laughing. The girl turned around quickly and smiled, running towards you with wide arms. After an awkward, arm trapping bear hug, you looked at her with a smirk. “Alfie” you realized out loud, Alice just smirked and looked at the ground. “I’m not a stalker” she stated, trying to defend herself, “Someone in my dance class found it out, and gave it to me so I could…” Alice finished with a mischievous shrug, and you and Josh burst out laughing.

The three of you walked into the building together, and there was Caspar, all wrapped up in a scarf, ready to leave.  Your eyes met, and he instantly looked relieved. He took a look at your bags and chuckled. “How much luggage did you need?” he joked. You rolled your eyes and pulled your suitcase to a stop. “We just threw everything in there, we didn’t have much time” you replied. Caspar nodded before turning his attention to Josh. An awkward exchange of ‘Hello’s’ transpired, and Caspar's eyes returned to you. Meanwhile, Alice was having a mini fan-girling panic attack behind you, and it took every ounce of strength to not laugh and embarrass her. The four of you then headed up stairs for a cup of tea.
