Kageyama:

The dude getting fucked in the picture up there ^

looks a bit too happy about getting penetrated.

Asiya:

I know right, I felt so awkward editing the banner. I had the put a censored bar over their dicks.

The fact that the brunette dude looks really cheerful scares me

Kageyama:

Same...

Asiya:

Dan, I know how much you're itching to do this one,

why don't you take the honors?

Dan:

*cracks fingers* Okay, I got this ( ̄︿ ̄)

Things that are hated on that don't really deserve to be hated on.

First, we already discussed about this, and that is the so called "Mary Sues."

In a way, I don't like the bossy, leader, too strong, too smart, has nothing to worry about, overthrows everyone and makes them look stupid kind of thing.

But I like that aspect in a character where they are strong/smart yet they have problems.

Strong people are usually considered as "brutal killers" or "heartless monsters." But in an anime related story, when a strong person has problems, you find out that they're humane and not just robots.

And I like hearing a story about someone that can be relatable AND strong. It gives me life.

Kageyama:

Shit, you went deep

(O_O;)

Asiya:

Bro....I totally agree.

And as an author, writing about strong/smart people isn't always that bad.

Why would I want to write or read about someone that's "normal" and ordinary?

I'd like to read or write about someone with some sick talents (⌒‿⌒)

Kageyama:

Plus, the main "requirements" in a "Mary Sue" is:

~Tragic past

~A Wicked Ability

~An Awaiting Enemy

But, you know, stories that go by some of these requirements aren't all the same.

They have different backstories from one another,

They have different types of abilities

And they have different enemies for different reasons.

So you don't expect those stories to be the same, because they all are different in their own way where most of the time, you don't even realize that they have the same "format" unless you want to deeply dissect it.
