Chapter 2:

{8 months later}

"Bye Josh" I shouted to my co-star as I left the studio. We were coming to a close in the filming of my new movie called 'Blind'. It's safe to say I love my job. It is everything I could have dreamed of; the people, the travelling, and the fans I meet are so dedicated! Never in my life did I think that at nineteen years old I would be here with hundreds of thousands of fans, even now it's hard to comprehend.

I'm still the same girl I was eight months ago, except I moved to Primrose Hill in the North West of London so I can be closer to work. My family keep me grounded and make sure I know how lucky I am, which I do, believe me! I'm still shocked to see myself in the newspaper or in gossip magazines alongside world wide celebrities. I don't really read them as its pointless, none of its true, it's just rumours that people can either choose to believe or not. I don't get caught up in it, I have other things to concentrate on other than people who are just bored and jealous.

As I got to my car (my same old blue mini, Russ) I turned on the music and heard One Direction's "Last First Kiss" come on. I immediately smiled, I can't explain my love for them and I'm not afraid for the public to know; they're talented guys and have always inspired me to write music similar to that of Ed Sheeran, his music is touching and hard hitting as he speaks about real life situations. They all have extraordinary talents. I take the familiar route back to my four bedroom detached house and park my car in the garage alongside it. The house has a great view as it looks over the epic greenery that is Primrose Hill, a view that after eight months I'm now quite comfortable with. I plonk myself on the couch after a hard day and am accompanied by my Bengal cat Zazu.

He sits himself on my lap and stretches, insinuating he wants to be tickled. I give into him and playfully tickle his stomach as he lols on my thighs. I giggle slightly at the lazy animal until I hear my familiar ringtone throughout the house.

I reach to my left and grab my IPhone, unlocking it as I do so. "Hello" I ask through the microphone awaiting a response from the other side. "Hey Emma it's Nick" I smiled to myself as Nicks voice spoke through the phone. Nick Grimshaw, host of Radio 1's breakfast show, I met him a few months back when he interviewed me for 'Company', after that we just started hanging out more we became good friends, he also recommended Primrose Hill to me when I was deciding on where to move to. "Hey Em, I was just wondering if you were doing anything tonight?"

"Not that I know of, why?"

"Well Radio One is having a get together for all who want to come, it's at the club in town and I was wondering if you wanted to come? It saves you being stuck at home with Zazu," I could hear him smirking on the other side.

"Hey, Zazu is funny!" I said playfully and continued "Yeah sure I suppose, I'm not going to be doing much else. What time?"

"About half nineish?"

"Sounds good, see you then" I hung up and looked at the time. 6:30pm. I moved Zazu from off my lap and ventured upstairs to the airing cupboard, I got out a towel and made my way to my ensuite. I decided to shower, I used my Shea butter shampoo alongside the matching conditioner. After about 10 minutes of showering I wrapped a towel around myself and looked through wardrobes; a green backless knee-length dress caught me eye and immediately put it on.

I placed myself in front of my mirror and did the usual natural make-up with a little bit of cat liner to bolden my eyes, after applying my usual red lipstick and curling my hair I put on my black lace heels, grabbed my keys and was heading out of the door.

I arrived at the venue at 9:30pm and saw a few familiar faces including Tinie Tempah, Emilè Sande, Example and Conor Maynard. I waved at them and gave them individual hugs and kissed their cheeks as I entered the venue. The music was loud and I could feel the bass beat throughout my chest, people were jumping and dancing and having a great time - I could see people in booths who were trying to have an ounce of peace as they chatted to each other. It was already a great party. I was awoken from my observation as I felt a tap on my shoulder, I turned and saw Nick with a smile plastered on his face.

"Hey, I'm glad you came. You look stunning," he gave me a friendly hug and dragged me to a booth.

"Aww, thank you. This party is great! Are you ha-"

"Hey Nick!" I was interrupted by none other than Harry Styles. He stood in front of me in a white V neck, with black skinny jeans and brown boots. His cross necklace cascading off his defined collar bones and his smile cheeky and ever-growing. He shook Nick's hand and gave him a friendly hug while I remained quiet, still sat in the booth; my eyes averted down to my fingers and around the club occasionally whilst the two had a basic chat, I wasn't paying any attention until Nick shouted my name.

"Emma, this is Harry. Harry, this is Emma."

After Nick's introduction he stood up and left to greet some more guests. I looked up at Harry, he had piercing light green eyes and his curls were swept upwards, his Cheshire smile still imprinted on his face. "Hi, it's nice to meet you."

"It's nice to meet you too!" I smiled and shook his hand my eyes never leaving his. I had waited for this day for the last three years of my life, no way am I going to forget it!

"You look lovely tonight by the way, what do you do?" he asked as he sat himself down in Nick's previous place.

"I'm an actress" He nodded his head as if he remembered something, before he then spoke.

"I thought I'd recognised you. Did you play Lucetta Carols in 'Company'?" I looked at him in utter shock, no way did he watch my first film.

"Yeah I did! You watched it?" I asked dumbfounded ask he chuckled to himself at my reaction.

"Yeah I did. You were amazing in it." I smiled.

"Thank you, that was my first film so it means a lot. I'm a big fan of you guys, so it's a pleasure to meet you." he looked content with my confession and proceeded on.

"No problems, its a pleasure to meet you too. Well, I'm going to go and find the lads, hopefully I'll speak to you later Emma."

"Okay then Harry, speak to you later" I responded with a smile as he got up and kissed my cheek. I felt butterflies in my stomach and my cheek started to burn where his lips once were. I blushed and smiled as I coyly waved him a shy goodbye - after that I couldn't keep the smile off my face!

-----{Harry's POV}-----

I walked into the club with the lads after we had signed a few things for the fans outside and taken a couple of picture.

I could see a large amount of people on the dancefloor grinding up against each other and drinking without a care. As we all went in our different directions I started to mingle with the crowds and other celebrities that were here. I spotted Example and decided to say hello.

"Hey mate, you okay?"

"Yeah, yeah fine. How're you?" he responded with a friendly hug and patted me on the back.

"Good. You know where Nick is?" I asked hopefully as I raised my neck to search for him.

"Yeah, he's sat in a booth over there with some girl." He pointed over to the booths were Nick was sat and then said his goodbye and left. I walked over to where Nick was sat and stood there for a few minutes taking in what was in front of me.

Her brown hair was long and curly and cascaded down her green backless dress, showing off her smooth skin. She was amazing. I could partially see her long legs under the table, a slim but curvy figure in all the right places, a perfect hourglass. I looked to her face and saw an amazingly natural smile; her smile showed her dimples that much resembled mine, I had to meet her. Walking up to Nick, I gave him a friendly greeting whilst she sat there contained.

I motioned my eyes towards her and Nick got the hint. Slowly awakening her from her trance and introducing her to me before disappearing off to speak to other party guests - her eyes were a striking hazel colour and showed nothing but genuine happiness as she looked at me. I was in awe of her.

After learning her name and realising who she was, I talked to her very briefly. After a few moments of light conversation, I bid her my farewell and cheekily kissed her cheek, I could tell that she was blushing by the way her cheeks heated up as I placed my lips against them. Even in the clubs bad lighting I could tell that she was blushing, which I was proud of - I held my head high and left feeling happy with myself. I can't wait to tell the lads who I've just met!
