Chapter 35:
Today was mine and Harry's last day together before I go to Africa for charity work and he goes on his stadium tour with the lads. We were currently at Harry's house as I helped him to pack his suitcase.
"Have you got spare jeans? Underwear? Shirts?" I asked thinking of what he might need for when he leaves. I am constantly double checking with Harry, there's always a point where he calls me and tells me he has forgotten something if he goes out, so I figured if I helped him pack it's less likely for him to forget anything.
"Yes, yes and yes." he answered as he put all of the things into his suitcase. He zipped up his suitcase, throwing the last few essential things in.
"Are you meeting the lads at the airport?" I asked inquisitively.
"Yeah, I have to be there in 20 minutes." he sighed, clearly not wanting to go; this separation was hard for both of us, we had never been away from each other for this long and we're both really reluctant to leave. "Have you packed your suitcase?" I nodded to his question.
"It's in the boot of my car." I smiled answering his questions, I walked closer to him slowly, making him automatically wrap his arms around my body. "I'm going to miss you so much." I murmured into his chest as my arms snaked their way around his back.
He kissed my nose when I finally decided to lift my head and gaze into his gorgeous green eyes, "I'm gonna miss you too babe. Stay safe." he spoke softly.
"You too. And don't get into too much trouble! Or fall in love with someone else!" I smiled and chuckled at him hoping that he would hear the seriousness in my voice as well as the playful tone.
"That would be impossible." he reassured me. "This is going to be so hard for me." he sighed.
"I know, me too." I said as I pulled away from him. I grabbed his hand tightly in mine. His palm much bigger than mine as I held them both up together, comparing the sizes and smiling at how large his were. "Come on then we better get going." He grabbed his suitcase and pulled it behind him as we headed out to our individual cars, pushing past the several flashing cameras as we hopped in our cars and headed towards London Heathrow.
We got to the airport within 20 minutes and retrieved our suitcases from the boot, we wheeled them to the front desk handing our passports and tickets to the woman before she directed us to the separate terminals. "I'm in terminal 3" Harry said as he glanced over his ticket.
I looked to mine, "I'm in terminal 5" I responded sadly. Slowly looking up to him, I pulled his face towards mine and let my lips come into contact with his in a soft yet meaningful kiss. Flashing lights of the press surrounded us, although we didn't care, this is the last moment we have with each other for several months and we are making the most of it. No matter who is watching.
Our kiss lasted a good few minutes before we pulled back for air, I looked to Harry's lips and giggled seeing them swollen and my normal red lipstick smudged on them. I quickly wiped it away before anyone noticed - he looked down to me and smiled thankfully, knowing to well what had happened.
"No leave it on, I want to feel pretty!!" he whined making me laugh, I rolled my eyes playfully as I wiped the last bit off.
I could feel tears start to prick at my eyes, coming to the realisation that I wouldn't see this amazing human for six months. His face softened automatically as he pulled me in a hug - hiding his face in my shoulder. We both sniffled and murmured to each other. "I don't want to leave you." he whispered in my ear.
"I don't want to leave you either. I love you so much." I gushed. Our tears both flowing freely down our cheeks. After a few heartbreaking moments we reluctantly pulled apart.
