Chapter 25:

I felt better when I woke up the next morning, although I found the space next to me empty. I pouted subconsciously and rose from my bed getting ready for the interview I had early this morning. I stroll lazily into the shower and do the normal routine before getting out and changing into the denim shorts and a baggy tee i had placed onto my bed, with my black slip-ons below, then put my make-up on as always. I look at my alarm clock and see the time as 6:15am; I have 15 minutes before the interview.

I hopped into my car and drove to the radio 1 studio, parking my car in the visitors spot before taking my pass and walking the familiar route to Nicks studio. I slowly opened the door and popped my head around it, smiling at Nick as he motioned me in, continuing his dialogue with his listening fans. He signalled for me to sit down; doing as he said I sat in the chair opposite him putting the headphones softly on my head, enabling me to hear Nick and myself clearly.

"So as promised we have a special guest here today! She's a good friend of mine and she's just finished filming a new movie. Hey Ems! You okay?" I smiled at him and his cheery morning mood. How is he like this every morning? Seriously?!

"Hey Nick!! I'm fine thank you, how're you?" I asked trying to replicate his positive mood.

"Good! So tell us about your new film." he asked, eager to know how everything is going.

"Well it's called Blind and comes out in the cinemas soon so watch out for it." I smiled.

"Sounds good. What's it about? Anything you can tell us?" he asked.

"Well it's got a really heartwarming message that's all I'm gonna' say." I giggled not giving anything away.

"So how about life. What's happening with you?" he asked. Nick already knew that me and Harry were together but he had to ask anyway - he looked at me with sympathy knowing I didn't want to answer.

"Nothing much really, just a lot of charity work and interviews." I answered trying to avoid the next question, even though I knew it was coming.

"Any boyfriends at all?" he spoke.

"Nope, not really." I lied, Nick nodded already knowing the answer to my question. It's going really well with me and Harry and we want to keep it that way, we like our privacy, just being ourselves and not having to worry about anything or anyone else.

"I'm sure it won't be like that for long - you're stunning! I bet you have guys falling all over you." he teased making me smile and blush simultaneously. I muttered a shy thank you before he moved on to the next topic. "Now we asked our followers this morning if they had any questions for you and we got loads, and I mean loads, of responses" he emphasised before continuing, "so, here are the select few that we have chosen: Katie from Kent wants to know what was your favourite thing when filming Blind?"

I pondered the question, reminiscing over all over the brilliant times I had during filming. "The entire experience was amazing, working with new people and getting some new friends in the process; but the food was really good too so I'm kind of torn." I chuckled alongside Nick as he began the second question.

"Josh from Essex wants to know what you look for in a guy?" Nick asked and wiggled his eyebrows teasingly.

"Erm... Well, I like someone who can make me laugh, I think that's a big one for me. And someone who I know will be there for me if I ever need them." I concluded happy with my answer.

"What's your most valuable possession in your house? That comes from Lauren in Wales."

"Well obviously I love Zazu but if I were to choose anything other than him I would have to say my memory box. It has all of my photo albums and my scrapbook from when I was growing up; my entire life is in that box, so it would have to be that!" I enthused, content with my response.
